In the south of the Charente, 20 kms from the Dordogne, come and discover a cottage located in the town of Juignac in an idyllic setting in the middle of nature.

You will have at your disposal a cottage with an independent entrance, 2 bedrooms, a swimming pool, a huge garden of one hectare and a wifi connection, access to your private terrace.

Its living room offers a perfect setting to relax after a day discovering our beautiful region. Sit quietly on the sofa to read a good book or take advantage of the TV equipment set up. PGJyPg�PGJyPgA kitchen is also available to concoct your small dishes with friends or family, in the dining room or on the terrace while enjoying the view of nature ..

The swimming pool is located near the cottage about 50 meters, while leaving you a quiet space which remains an asset if you want to rest.

The cottage has two bedrooms, a bedroom on the first floor with a double bed and an upstairs bedroom with a double bed and possibility of installing a cot.

The bathroom is located near the bedroom on the first floor, it is equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet. Bath and bed towels are provided, beds are made on arrival.

You can park on the side, included in the rental price.
Pets are allowed on prior request.
Smoking is allowed, but not inside the gîte, ashtrays are available outside.

By plane: Bordeaux airport is a 1-hour drive away
By train: Montmoreau train station is 8 minutes away, 6 km away.
By car: the A89 Bordeaux Lyon motorway exit is less than 48 km away.
Many activities await you in the surroundings, Aubeterre sur Drone, Villebois Lavalette, the castle of Barbezieux, the vineyards of Cognac and lots of beautiful little villages perched on the hills.
Aubeterre sur Drone, offers a beautiful nautical base, a magnificent village, a must in the region!
The proximity to the Dordogne is an asset, since in 20 minutes you are in the Périgord Vert!
Less than 6 km away you will find the village of Montmoreau, with all services available. (Local shops, supermarket, doctors etc)
Cleaning is to be carried out by the tenant.
