Welcome to the \'Côte Brune 5\' residence.



This 30m² studio for 4 people, located on the 4th floor, consists of:

- Living room with a sofa bed and a television

- Equipped kitchen: oven with hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kitchen utensils

- Bunk bed area

- Bathroom with bathtub

- Separate toilet

- South-facing balcony

- The accommodation is equipped with duvets and pillows

- Covered parking space attached to the apartment.



The \'Côte Brune 5\' residence is located close to the ski slopes, ski rental shops and all amenities. It is also equipped with ski lockers and a lift. There is a car park attached to the residence (limited and non-designated spaces)



Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:

- Bed linen kit: €16 / bed

- Towel kit: €12 / person

- End-of-stay cleaning: €70

- Pets: €9/night



A security deposit of €500 is required on arrival.
