Relax in this quiet and elegant house 400m from beaches, with all comfort necessary for a pleasant stay.
You can relax in the villa or enjoy the nearby beaches of Fabregas and La Verne: unspoiled coves with translucent waters a 5-minute walk away. The Janas forest, nearby and without using your car, lots of hikes to do in this little paradise. The Sablettes beaches are 15 minutes away on foot and the shops are 5 minutes away by car. (Intermarché / Leclerc / Lidl). Provençal market on Friday morning.
Boat shuttle 8 minutes by car to Toulon, Porquerolles Islands.

The quiet villa is very well equipped:
- Living room with large sofa (1 bed possible) and large screen TV / Wifi
- Dining room and fully equipped kitchen: Oven/induction hob/hood/dishwasher/microwave
- 1 master suite with bathroom (shower) + dressing room + 160 bed
- 1 double bedroom (160 or Twin bed) + large closet
- 1 bathroom with bathtub
- Independent toilet
- Washing machine / air conditioning / BB bed
- Exterior: large terrace with electric bioclimatic pergola / table + chairs / garden furniture / gas BBQ / deckchairs / Balinese pool (small swimming pool)
- linen provided: sheets / blankets / pillows / towels and bath towels.
A deposit will be requested but not collected and 60€ cleaning costs.
You will be welcomed by your host: Nathalie, who will be available throughout your stay if necessary.
