There is so much to see here at Best Day Ever Ranch! Relax on the front porch for sun rise views or down by the lake during the sunset while fishing. Our cozy cabins sleep up to 4.
Walk into these small but homie cabins with a king size bed, small kitchenette for quick and convenient cooking, and go up the ladder to another full size bed. While you do have a full bathroom inside, enjoy the outdoor shower after a day outside enjoying all the amenities Best Day Ever Ranch has to offer. Hiking and biking trails, Fishing and Swimming at Dream Lake and much much more.

Great place to get away from a big city hotel!

Stayed here for a wedding in a nearby city with husband, daughter and doggos. Every one of us LOVED it!

Quiet tranquility

The location was perfect for our needs. The grounds were lovely, secluded and a great escape. It was an added bonus that our pups could join us for the visit. Tons of space between the cabins that you feel like you are by yourself in nature.

Cute, rustic getaway

Beautiful property with a cozy, rustic cabin. Everything was very clean and the property manager was very helpful. Would definitely recommend for a quiet, country getaway.

The Best Day Ever Ranch is the BEST home away from home! My sister and I always enjoy our stay - this was our 3rd time! It’s a great place to disconnect from everything electronic and reconnect with nature! 🌻

Labor Day weekend

Would definitely come back. Although, communication with manager was a bit of a hassle, and little information was provided prior to the stay and during. Good stay though, it’s clean, small, private, peaceful.

Best Day in a Long Time

We loved everything about the Ranch, especially the owner Paul. My daughter had the most fun spending the day at the lake swimming, paddle boarding and cooking out. The only negative was the pool is shallow and is very warm with direct sunlight on it all day. Otherwise we had alot of fun!

Wonderful stay for myself and my puppies!

This property was perfect for me and my dogs to get out of the house while my agent showed it to potential buyers. The pups were allowed to run free for the most part, and other than when I went for coffee. I only saw one other vehicle and person the entire time I was there. The pups had a blast, and the cabin's Wi-Fi was flawless, allowing me to stream movies without any issues. I guarantee we will be back.

Cabin in the Woods

The location was off the beaten path and rustic which was fine. The cabin was country decorated which I like. The check-in process was easy and time was changed by host to help meet our schedule. The accommodations were good, but improvements would make it perfect. There was no TV, coffee or coffee pot, hair dryer, shampoo or conditioner, bath soap or body wash, ice, full length mirror, or extra blankets. A young worker came by as soon as we arrived asking if it would be ok to weed eat around the cabin. My guest was concerned about debri from the weed eater damaging his truck. The noise from the weed eater was annoying, and the obvious question was why that was not done prior to our arrival. A few added improvements and attention to detail would have made our stay perfect.

Quiet & Relaxing

My wife and I stayed at the property over Memorial Day weekend. We enjoy off the beaten path locations where there is more seclusion and quietness. This property fit all of our desires for a relaxing getaway. We will definitely be back.

Tranquility

Cabin stay was perfect place to unwind from city life and relax. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities: paddle boarding, fishing, swimming, golf cart, trails, farm animals, pool! Thanks for sharing your ranch with our family!

Family Reunion

Had a great time while we were in town for a family reunion. Our cabin was neat and clean. Enjoyed sitting in the garden area in the evening. Saw some wildlife. Enjoyed a dip in the pool. Sunsets on the lake were gorgeous. Staff we met were friendly. If you love nature , this is a great place to get away.

Awesome Place

How can you beat a place that gives you the quiet get away feel with fishing, paddle boarding, swimming, hiking and riding around in a golf cart to keep the whole family happy. Beautiful place, cabin and pool. Very nice, we will be staying again.

Wish it were longer!

This property was fun and relaxing! The cabins were just so cute and we couldn't have been more comfortable. The AC worked like a dream during the afternoon and the heater worked just as well in the chilly morning. I wish our stay were longer....*sigh* Thank you!!

Perfect “practice trip” with our infant

Perfect place an hour from Dallas. The grounds are immaculate, never saw one piece of trash or even a bottle cap. We were the only ones there, and that is exactly what we were looking for. Our “practice trip”, with our 3MO and our dog. Bird chirping during the days and coyotes at night. I could see every star in the evenings. We look forward to staying again when it’s warmer.

Comfortable stay
