From this location, you will have everything within reach, and thus will be able to enjoy your holidays on foot or by bike. In a pretty alley, this house welcomes you with its large bright living room thanks to its many openings. You will enjoy relaxing there in front of the television or by the fireplace during cool evenings. Next, you will find a kitchen-dining room. The kitchen is very well equipped so you can prepare good dishes. It has a gas hob, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. Next, the dining room with its large table and its nautical touches invites you to share moments of conviviality around good meals.



On the upper floor, you will find a mezzanine with a sofa ideal for a quiet moment reading, then 3 bedrooms, two of which are equipped with a double bed and the last one with two single beds that you can push together if necessary, all of which have minimalist decoration and light tones, thus creating an atmosphere conducive to rest.



You will also find in the house a shower room with toilet on the ground floor, a bathroom with toilet upstairs, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
