It has a lovely 34 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 800 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: Double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: One double bed (140x190) and one single extra bed (80x190)
- Bedroom 3: 2 single bunk beds
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot.

Outside:
- A beautiful 800 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A small garage for storing bicycles or a roof box

The house is ideally located in Fréhel, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
