I am located in Colombiers, 5 minutes walk from the Canal du Midi, I will be very happy to welcome you in my pretty little renovated villa, 5 minutes from the Canal du Midi. Possibility to rent on site to sail on the canal.
Very close to Béziers (10 minutes) in the direction of Narbonne.
VALRAS and VENDRES beach 20 minutes by car.
Carcassonne is 1 hour away and Spain is 1 hour 30 minutes away.
I have all the shops nearby in a charming little village 10 minutes walk away and a shopping area 5 minutes away by car (supermarket, gas station, mac Donald...) Possibility to access it by bike by bike. My mountain bike is at your disposal 🚴 ♂️

On the first floor, with a surface area of 110 m2 is on an enclosed plot in a quiet subdivision at the entrance to the village, my ideal house for a family of 4 people includes:
A private parking for 2 cars in the driveway, private garden with trees, bbq under pergola, plancha, fryer, 2 outdoor relaxation areas before and behind the house.
Boulodrome and bowls available for sports enthusiasts (lit in the evening)
A 6*3 swimming pool with swimming height 140 cm with relaxation area, parasol, 2 sunbeds.

2 south-facing bedrooms are equipped with quality 140x 200 beds. Sheets provided
1 north bedroom equipped with a quality bed in 160* 200

Bright living room equipped with a large corner sofa. Sound bar, wifi, large screen TV.
Electric shutters
1 bathroom with bath, shower and two sinks.
My villa is designed to accommodate a family of 4 people. You will spend a very relaxing stay there.

Any failure to respect the capacity will result in the immediate cancellation of the current contract, without being able to claim any compensation.

My house is air-conditioned.
It is also equipped with parquet flooring for more comfort.
A large open kitchen with integrated central island & fully equipped induction hob. Nespresso coffee machine. Cupboard available, spices etc...

I am in the restaurant business, possibility to order a meal for arrival, I will be delighted to cook it for you.
I put a welcome basket of regional products and wine at your disposal.

A washing machine is also available and a dryer.
A desk to isolate or work is at your disposal.

Sheets are included as well as towels and bath towels for the pool. Kitchen towels as well.

I don't have pets and they are not allowed. Please respect.

A deposit check will be requested after inventory of fixtures together.

End of stay cleaning €100 if the condition of the house returned is not correct following the inventory of fixtures at the end of the stay.

My villa is located in a cul-de-sac, a quiet area that respects the neighborhood. It is requested not to party and make noise that could harm the neighborhood. Neighborhood certified "vigilant neighbor"

The rental of my villa is only by the week or fortnight. Possibility of decreasing rate to the fortnight (or more) from Saturday to Saturday (with flexibility if no rental before or after) I can be flexible. 😉


Weekly rate June 2025
Price: € 1300 + €100 cleaning fee if required

July / August 2025 weekly rate � PGJyPgPrice per week: 1500 € + 100 € cleaning fee if necessary
Fortnight price: 2500 € + 100 € cleaning fee if necessary

Strictly non-smoking house inside, no worries outside, using the ashtrays available. 🚭

My villa is a main home. Rental based on mutual trust, all the decoration, painting, cupboard contents, crockery, others.. remains in place. Tenants are responsible for damage and property. art 1732 of the Civil Code.
A certificate of civil liability will be requested.
I am not far away during the rental in order to intervene if necessary.

This main house has always greatly satisfied the tenants who want to come and rest and discover our beautiful region with respect and discretion.
