"Au paradis d'Asuka" is an accommodation offering you comfort, calm, beach on foot and all the shops and amenities of the city center of Arcachon.

Located in a small quiet street where parking is free, 250m from the beach, shops or the market, this 3-room apartment organized in duplex (42m² of living space approximately) is located on the 1st floor without elevator, ideal for 3 adults or a family (2 adults /1 to 2 children).PGJyPg
The entrance opens onto a corridor leading to a bedroom equipped with a 140 BZ sofa bed, a laundry room with washer dryer and storage, as well as a bathroom with toilet.

The main room consists of a dining area (modular table for 2 to 4 people), a lounge area with sofa and television
In a recess, a fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator, microwave oven, air-fryer, two-burner induction hob, hood, dishwasher and Nespresso machine etc...

The whole gives access to a south-facing terrace, without vis-à-vis, quiet, equipped with an awning and furniture for taking meals outside.

Upstairs, duplex, with high ceilings, access is via a staircase of about a dozen steps.
The room, illuminated by a Velux window with blackout blind, is equipped with a queen-size bed and a television, as well as storage space (2 fans are also available).

The apartment is well equipped and benefits from an ideal location to do everything on foot: beaches and Monoprix at 250 meters, municipal market (Place des Marquises) at 450 meters and Arcachon SNCF station at 950 meters.

Access to the apartment is via a common staircase of about twenty steps.
Parking is free on the street.

Linen is not provided but can be rented from our partner "Le Linge du Bassin" (code: vacances33).
Pets are not allowed.
Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership).

End-of-stay cleaning is included, subject to normal and regular maintenance of the accommodation during the stay.
