Bright Modern Condo at PGA National Resort

Beautifully updated, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo at PGA National Resort. King-sized master bed and two twin beds in the second bedroom. Free high-speed wifi. Stainless steel appliances and a standard-sized washer/dryer. Fully-screened wrap-around lanai, accessed from both the master bdrm and lvng rm. Walking distance to resort/spa/restaurants. Gated community w/ security guard at entrance. Dining room table with seating for 4-6. Flat-screen TVs (3) in each bedroom and living room. Free parking. Small dogs under 25lbs are allowed with a non-refundable $300 pet deposit.

* Please note: This condo does not come with golf or club membership, including PGA resort pool. There is a community pool you may use right by the condo, and plenty of public golf courses nearby.
* You do have access to the spa and all restaurants on property.
* Bookings are generally a minimum of 30 days, checking in on the 1st of the month and checking out at the end of the month. You may book as many months as you like.
* Weekly or nightly bookings are also available upon request.
* No trucks, including pick-up trucks, are allowed on property.

By HOA rules, you are only allowed to have one pet under 25lbs, and you must let us know BEFORE booking. There is a $500 non-refundable pet fee.

Tom was communicative. We enjoyed a quiet family getaway. Temps were in the low 40s at night but the heated pool was still very comfortable during the day. Very clean condo.

The Bright Modern Condo at PGA is simply fantastic! Absolutely beautiful and impeccable, with large windows and lots of sun. The kitchen is all new and amazing with everything you need, and the bathrooms are wonderful. There are so many thoughtful details including lovely and plentiful towels and linens.Tom is such a great host and we can’t recommend highly enough.

This is a lovely condo that is very comfortable and well stocked with lots of towels, comfy beds and a nice screened in lanai. The owner is great to work with and was very helpful in all areas. There is lots to do within the property and nearby areas. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.

Loved this condo- filled with such light! Tom was very responsive and accommodating with everything. All of the beds and furniture were so comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and the bath towels were plush! We would definitely stay here again!

This place was amazing and very comfortable. It was perfectly located for the baseball tournament we were there to attend. Host was very responsive to any messages sent. We will definitely book here again if we come back to this area.

Great Locatin

Property was nice and in a great safe location. This is our 2nd stay in the Golf Villas complex and we were very happy. Both pools are very nice and not crowded at all.

I absolutely loved my stay at this VRBO! The pictures truly show how pretty and clean it is. The furnishings were so comfortable, and with a nice 'beach' feel. Owner's instructions were very helpful and responsive. Being in PGA National is perfect too since it has gate houses, but there's so much greenery and walking paths. It's truly a calming 'home away from home.' Cannot wait to visit again!

The property is a corner unit with a screened porch. It is decorated nicely and has all the amenities that are needed at a home away from home. The beds and selection of pillows were very comfortable! We communicated with Tom who graciously took our call, when arriving after dark being unable to find the unit. (fyi-follow his directions rather than GPS) He was very responsive and followed up to make sure all is well during the stay.
