This Condo Hotel offers a 1 bedroom with a king-size bed, a fully equipped bathroom, kitchen, sofa bed, tv, valet parking, beach service, hot and wet sauna, and balcony. Close proximity to South Beach, Aventura Mall, Bal Harbour Shops, Lincoln Road, theaters, Heritage Park, grocery stores, nightclubs, and world-famous restaurants.

The space:

The resort is located in North Miami Beach between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. A short distance from Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL), Miami International Airport (MIA), and cruise ports. It is also in close proximity to Aventura Mall, with exciting daytime activities, attractions, and local restaurants within walking distance.

The suite has 1 king-size bed in the bedroom and 1 sofa bed/ Queen size mattress in the living room. The suite has a fully functional kitchen with a new refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave.

Enjoy the sunset and ocean view from the balcony along with the 24-hr. state-of-the-art fitness center, sauna, Europe-style spa facilities, pool, and 2 outside Jacuzzis. These are covered by the resort fee payable upon check-in. Parking is by valet only and is optional. Keep your weekend active with our free Zumba class every Saturday at 2 PM and Yoga every Sunday at 9 AM. Marenas also offers bike rentals. The first hour is free.

Guest access:
Valet parking fee (self-parking is not available): $35 daily per car, per day.

Resort fee: not included in the price, to be paid upon arrival at the front desk, $25 +13% tax daily

Administration fee: $10 daily

The resort fee will give you access to hotel amenities such as the pool, the gym, the spa, the restaurants, the sauna, the hot tub, weekend Zumba and Yoga classes, etc.

All accommodations feature a private balcony, cable TV, and a floor to ceiling windows with an ocean or Bayview. Suites at Marenas Beach Resort also include a fully equipped kitchen and seating area with a sofa bed.

Marenas Beach Resort offers free property-wide Wi-Fi and a business center. Guest can keep their fitness routine at the 24-hour fitness facility that offers personal trainers.

Guests can experience Mediterranean-inspired cuisine at Piacere Sea Front restaurant with views of the Atlantic Ocean. Signature cocktails are available at the bar and lounge, and light fare with cocktails is served poolside at the beach bar. Guests have an in-room dining option with an extensive service menu! Allowing you to relax in the privacy of your room while you eat.

A one-time cleaning fee of $150 will be charged.

Room essentials (toilet paper, kitchen paper towel, shampoo/ soap, conditioner, lotion, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea bags, liquid dish soap, etc.) for the first day, after that each guest is responsible to purchase their own.

Check-in is at Marenas Front desk with a confirmation number I will send you. They will provide a key card. Front desk services are available 24/7.

Please note that there is active construction on the neighboring lot during daytime working hours; while the apartment has hurricane-impact windows that greatly reduce outside noise, occasional construction noise may be heard from the balcony, and by booking guests acknowledge that this nearby activity is outside the host’s control.
