This home is very beautifully decorated with all the amenities a family could need. The neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors, a great gym and pool in the community center. Trash is even valleted from the front door. 10 out of 10 would stay again!

The apartment is clean and in a good location. However, we couldn’t use the pool because the key fob didn’t work and one of us had to sleep on the floor because the air mattress leaked.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t made aware of the fob issue until the evening before checkout and didn’t receive notice about the mattress until after your departure. Perfect weekend stay

It was a nice safe location near local restaurants and shopping. Quiet apartment complex. The apartment was nicely furnished, clean, and perfect for our girls trip. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

Modern and comfortable

The appt has a nice layout, very modern, beds are comfy, safe area and very quiet. It's convenient to restaurants and shopping. We stayed one night, 4 adults and one infant. Check-in was smooth. Excellent communication with Nakita, the owner.

Perfect spot to get away!

My sister and I were traveling to the area to visit an Aunt and Uncle. Our parents just recently passed away in 2024, and we needed to spend time away and visit with them.The condo was perfect size and place to relax and reflect! The condo was well kept and had the perfect amenities. Very clean and well cared for.Thank you!

Came to Jacksonville for a family members funeral at the Memorial Cemetery. Property Manager offered condolences... Very nice. Property was clean and nice, my wife, brother and I of course were on the go quite a bit, but after a long day the property was quiet and very adequate for our needs.

Excellent Weekend Getaway

My Family was in Jacksonville visiting with family and celebrating the church's founders day and we stumbled across this perfect getaway while surfing VRBO. This location is convenient to lots of dining, shopping and fun. I-295 is also nearby and allows you to sail around Jacksonville with simple ease. The unit is very spacious, the decor is beautiful and the lake view is warm and peaceful. It was exceptionally clean and inviting. It definitely emits a "welcome home" vibe. There were nice little extra touches throughout the condo, my son was extremely fond of the robes that were hanging in each bathroom.It was a great place to look forward to going back to at the end of our busy day! We will definitely check to see if this wonderful home is available when we return to Jacksonville!

Our experience

The place is located 1st floor of the multi-plex apartment. We checked in around 4pm (keyless/contact less entry via email) As soon as we open the door the smells was strong like someone just done smoking I'm not talking about cigarettes. We tried to open the all the door , turn down the ac Especially my wife and kids they very sensitive to the smell. My wife complained she had headache. We stay for 2 night and checked out 8:30am. FYI : kids do enjoy the pool

Super sorry for your experience. I had not been notified of any harsh smells by my cleaners who usually stay on top of issues. Sometimes due to this unit being apart of an apartment community smells can drift from neighboring units. Again I apologize for the experience you had at my property as I only wish to host memorable experiences.

Wonderful Stay!!

You can tell Ms. Nikita has put a lot of effort into this apartment. It is beautifully decorated and is the exact replica of what’s pictured. I did not realize that both bedrooms were master bedrooms, which was definitely a plus for us. The apartment was very clean and accommodating. The beds were super comfy. Everything you need is there for your convenience. She even had washcloths designated for makeup removal. I mean who thinks to do that? It’s the little things (details) for me. I was highly impressed. My favorite thing was the fully stocked “coffee bar” though! Like I stated before this host has left no corners unturned and it made the stay worth the money! It’s within walking distance to Publix & several restaurants and just a short drive to Walmart & several other stores. We visit Jacksonville quit frequently because we have family there & will definitely be booking with Nikita for our future visits.

Beautifully Appropriated Unit

We enjoyed Nikitaʻs unit, and its location was very convenient to our sonʻs home. We were in Jacksonville for the birth of his first child and to spend the holidays. The apartment is very beautifully decorated, and has almost every amenity you could need while on vacation. The grocery store and several fast food restaurants are within walking distance. Nikita was very easy to communicate with, normally answering our messages within a couple hours. The only downfall is the unit is on the third floor, and there is no elevator. However, my 76 year young mother did fine. Overall a great experience. We hope to return again.

Beautiful, Quite. Restorative Space

Nakita’s place is truly a gem! The layout of the space allows for privacy AND togetherness. It is really clean, nicely appointed, and the communication between us and the owner was outstanding! The beds are comfy, there are plenty of linens, and the extras are a wonderful touch.
