Our apartment 2 has a living space of approx. 35 square meters, it is completely tiled and equipped with underfloor heating. The apartment is located on the upper floor on the left side and is easily accessible via an outside staircase. The apartment is divided into a combined living room and bedroom with an 82cm LCD TV and a stereo. You can sleep on a double bed or a leather corner couch with a sleeping function. The shower room consists of a hanging toilet, washing area and a walk-in shower tray with a real glass frame. The kitchen is equipped with a seating area and a kitchenette with a fridge and freezer. A 2-burner hob, a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and everything you need for cooking and eating are of course also included. Outside there is a free parking space for each apartment directly on the property. The terrace shown below belongs to your apartment. A seating group with comfortable seat covers invites you to sit and linger. You can also relax on the sun loungers provided. A large parasol serves as sun protection. There is a charcoal grill for your physical well-being. You can rent bicycles cheaply from a local rental company. Or they bring their own bikes and can connect them in the existing stands. An additional baby or children's travel bed and a high chair can be provided free of charge on request. Your pet is welcome with us by prior arrangement.
