Communication was excellent and the house was in great location. It was very clean and as described. The only minor issue we ran into was the loud noise from air conditioning in the guest bedroom but everything else was ideal. Would definitely stay here again. Michael and Freya were amazing!

They were very easy to deal with and very supportive with a small issue. They were already working on some issues from the prior renters. Communication was great prior to the hurricane and during the evacuation. The house was as stated and very clean. Would highly recommend.

Amazing place 100yds from a beach access. Quiet street so there is no crazy traffic while getting to and from the beach. Loved the layout and it supplied my family with all the room to enjoy a nice, long vacation. The closed in pool/game area gave us the security we needed with our kids.

The house was almost perfect. Little TLC is needed. Owner did call me before checkin to tell me previous guests broke hot tub cover. Owner was fantastic to work with. Quick with answers to questions. Being a rental....it obviously isn't gonna be perfect....but we would definitely come back.

Our family enjoyed our stay immensely. The house was beautiful and very clean and plenty of room for everyone. It was also in a great location for the beach, no need for a golf cart. We spent time in the pool, grilled and played pool and ping pong. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting a great place to stay and a beautiful beach area.

Property was as advertised. The back area was a fabulous place for our entire family of 13 to hang out. Plenty of seating and the outdoor games and cooking/bar complimented the pool and hot tub giving plenty of space for all to enjoy time outside. The host quickly responded to any questions or concerns we had and this communication started even before we arrived which was much appreciated. Lastly, being a rental that gets lots of utilization it is obvious the host is doing their best to keep this property in great shape so it can be enjoyed by all. Thanks for allowing my family to enjoy your home!

Overall the place was great…this was the second time my family and I have stayed here and it did not disappoint. The house was perfect for us and the outdoor area was amazing. The pool was well taken care of and the outdoor area overall worked perfect for our needs. Also it was a very short walk to an amazing beach.

Long post…worth reading:The property is located very close to the beach. The house has a lot of potential, given its amenities and setup. With that being said, we did have several issues, not MAJOR, but enough to contact the host while we were there. HOWEVER, the communication with the host was EXCELLENT!!!! They were able to fix/make right most things while we were there. The communication in the days after the trip WAS EXCELLENT. I never once felt like they were getting aggravated handling things. Once they fix the issues, the place will be too notch. A MAJOR PLUS: The A/C’s in the main house and guest house kept up with the summer heat. The host contacted me directly over the phone after our trip to discuss everything and make things right!!I would rent from this group again!!

Absolutely incredible stay here. Our family had the best time! Adults and grandkids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Located right next to the beach. The public entrance in a not busy location, GREAT backyard area with pool, hot tub, pool table, ping pong, an eating area with TV, grill, and plenty of space. Everything was as described and just like the photos. The house was super clean on check in and I cannot stress enough how amazing the management of this property is. They checked in almost every other day to make sure we were happy and pleased, answered any inquiries within minutes, and were SO pleasant. We would highly recommend this as a place to stay with a large group.

We stayed here for our family vacation. 8 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of room. Nice house overall, perfect location. One downfall is the pool isn’t in the sun, but that’s nothing that can be fixed. Any problems or questions we had, the hosts responded quickly and rectified the issues.

Destin Stay

Great place with easy access to the beach. Floors were generally sandy and there was a dirty diaper on the bathroom floor. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect location and great house for families

We had a group of 3 families with kids ranging from 9 - 14. The house is a perfect location just about 150 yards from the beach. It is clean, and the backyard is great for families!

Wonderful place a must stay

Family Vacay

Our family had a wonderful stay at Casa Verde! The location, heated pool, hot tub, pool table, ping pong, and cabana with grill and outdoor tv provided constant entertainment for everyone! Management was great to deal with. Highly recommend

Great house and great locations!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very short walk to a beautiful beach and the house fit our family perfectly. The management company was extremely prompt to any need that we had that arose. Fast, friendly service. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, ping pong...rented a boat one day. Close to everything desirable in Destin. Highly recommend.

Great Vacation Home

We stayed here with our children and grandchildren, all adults over 18. Lots of space to both be together and also be alone.Great outdoor area with pool, that all could enjoy. Easy walk to beach. Very minor issues were immediately addressed. Would stay here again with no hesitation!
