This 2 bed, 2 bath (2 master suites) home sits on a quaint street just west of the renowned Country Club Plaza. It can accommodate up to 5 guests in beds with an air mattress available for an additional 2 guests if needed. This house has a private driveway, front porch and fenced backyard with gas grill.
The Space:
The front porch welcomes you with chairs to enjoy the quaint neighborhood and front landscaping. There is a private driveway and street parking available. The backyard is fully fenced for your 4 legged friend and includes a deck with large eating table, gas grill , and fire pit.
Inside, the main floor bedroom has a queen bed. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, single bed and queen air mattress available with memory foam mattress topper if needed.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and has a breakfast bar area that seats 3. The dining room table seats 6. The living area has a 42 inch SMART TV, log into your own smart apps. Washer and dryer are on the main floor laundry room, just off the full bath.
Home is conveniently located .8 miles from the Country Club Plaza and has a local coffee shop and unique restaurants within walking distance (.3 miles). High speed fiber internet, 2 smart TV’s in which you will need to log into your own TV apps, coffee pot, filters and single serve Keurig , bring your own Keurig pods. Up to 2 pets allowed for responsible pet owners, 1st pet $40 fee, 2 pets $50 for the stay.

Guests have access to entire home, backyard and driveway. No access to locked garage/shed.
