Condo in Tamarindo: Pool, Beach & Town!
This spacious 2 story unit is located in the Complex of Los Sueños III apartment #11. situated just stairs' steps up from the swimming pool on the third floor, this condominium is like a self contained house. There is no elevator in this building.
Located on the edge of town yet within two blocks are shops, restaurants, beach activity rentals, surfing and exciting nightlife.
Lovely two story, two bedrooms, two bath with equipped kitchen in small gated community with swimming pool. The master bedrooms have a queen size bed and the guest bedroom has a bunk bed double at the bottom and single at the top size bed, each bedroom has a private bathroom. There is a confortable double sofa bed on the living room area.
The beach is just a 2 minute drive, within 5 - 7 minutes walk you can reach a grocery store, a laundry, a large shopping Plaza, a surf shop and an ATV Rental Shop around 20 restaurants are within a 10-15 minute walk. There is a gym just around the corner within walking distance. Los Sueños III is gated and guarded 24/7 and has easy parking. The pool is cool and inviting, Cable TV and maid service every third day are included in a weekly rental.
The beach is about 5 or 6 blocks from the condo and the nightlife is all located on the main road off of the beach. There is definitely lots of action in Tamarindo.
There is something to do every day and night of the week. Seaside condo for rent.
Buses run through town connecting with nearby towns and the country`s two major airports, and there are shuttle services that provide direct, air-conditioned trips to most major destinations within the country. Tamarindo also boasts a small airport, with two airlines offering multiple daily flights across Costa Rica. Car rental companies are numerous, but it`s recommended to book in advance during high season.

Convenient location
Plenty of clean, comfortable space for 3 adults. Easy walk to town and beach (took us 7 min walking slowly) but nice and quiet for bedtime. We appreciated the washer/dryer. Water pressure was inconsistent, but not terrible.

Monthly stay
My husband and I rented this for a month. It was in a great location!! Within walking distance to most everything, but we would recommend getting a golf cart, if staying long term. Condo served it’s purpose, but living room furniture was very uncomfortable. Pool was very clean and refreshing!

My name is Bill Ripley. Along with my wife Nancy, own Horizon Pacific Management and Rentals as well as a house in Tamarindo. We’ve owned our house since 2006 and bought this company in February, 2008. I was born and raised in a little town outside of Atlantic City, New Jersey known as Mays Landing. I graduated High School in 1972 and for the next few years, worked, traveled and went to 3 different colleges but never received a degree. I fell in love with the woman of my dreams who has been my friend since early Elementary school. We married in 1978 and are still best friends today…at least that’s what she still tells me! Nancy was born and raised in the same town. She also graduated High School in 1972 and then went to Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia where she received her degree in Elementary Education. Through our early years of marriage, she was an elementary teacher in Mays Landing and as well as Mt. Pleasant, SC after we moved. We’ve raised 2 children. Our daughter, Corinne is married to Bradd Johnson and they have 3 children: Dylan, Anabelle and Samy. Our son, Chris graduated, finishing his degree in Visual Communications at Hawaii Pacific University. After marrying and having our children in Mays Landing, we moved to Isle of Palms, South Carolina in 1990 because we wanted to live in a coastal community with a better quality of life to raise them. I started working for Island Realty which is a Resort Rental and Real Estate Company on Isle of Palms that has grown to manage over 500 short and long term properties as well as a number of Home Owner Associations. I worked of this same company since 1991 and Nancy has worked for them since 1995. I am a Real Estate Sales broker with over 18 years experience in residential, resort, commercial sales and management. Nancy did the bookkeeping for Island Realty for 14 plus years. Also, she was the bookkeeper for 7 years for a company that we owned before moving to the Isle of Palms.

Because of my work experience, I am very well educated in the management of vacation rental properties as well as long term rentals and condominium associations like properties found in Tamarindo and Langosta. Nancy and I have been growing Horizon Pacific which has grown by more than 240% since we took over.
We totally enjoy our time in Costa Rica, we feel blessed for this opportunity and hope that we will be a blessing to many of the people we come in contact with while living this adventure.
We have a great staff at Horizon Pacific and even though we are commuting back and forth from Isle of Palms to Tamarindo, with the internet and phone communication, I am very active in the day to day operations of Horizon Pacific and the management of the properties when not in Tamarindo.
