Military First BnB Solutions is committed to protecting our owners homes during bookings. We've partnered with Know Your Guest by Truvi to independently verify guests and provide the option of a $35 damage waiver or a $500 security deposit ($15 processing fee). We suggest you utilize the damage waiver to protect you in case of accidental damage up to $500 during a booking.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home with the exception of two locked closets and the garage.

Getting Around:

Fayetteville does not have an extensive public transportation system, so traveling by personal vehicle is recommended. Rideshare services such as Lyft and Uber are readily available throughout most areas. This location is centrally situated—just 13 minutes from the Crown Complex, 12 minutes from downtown Hay Street, 11 minutes from major shopping centers, 19 minutes from the Fort Bragg Main Gate, 12 minutes from Paraclete XP Indoor Skydiving, and 20 minutes from outdoor skydiving facilities. Wherever you’re headed in Fayetteville, you’ll find yourself just a short drive away.

• Security & Damage Protection: We partner with Know Your Guest by Truvi for guest verification. You will have the option to purchase a non-refundable $35 damage waiver covering accidental damage up to $500, or provide a refundable $500 security deposit (a $15 processing fee applies).

• Climate Control: The home's thermostat is centrally managed to maintain a comfortable and energy-efficient temperature. The system is set to auto-reset to optimal levels.

• Safety: For your safety and security, exterior security cameras are located on the property monitoring the perimeter.

• Accessibility: Please be aware that the home is not wheelchair accessible. We also recommend constant supervision of pets and children, especially in the large, fenced yard.

• Potential Fees: Please note a $250 fee for smoking, a $25 lockout fee, and potential additional cleaning fees ($120-$350) for excessive messes.

• Checkout Instructions:

1. Please hand wash used dishes or load the dishwasher and start the cycle.

2. Gather all used towels and place them in one bathroom or inside the washing machine.

3. Place all trash in the appropriate outdoor receptacle. Recyclables should not be bagged.

Please note, that despite our Host Team is available 27/7, we request guests to share if their check-in will occur later than 9PM. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9PM may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in!
