Trizonia House is a stunning secluded villa with a fantastic sea view and private swimming pool located on Trizonia Island, Central Greece. The ideal retreat for self-isolation for family and friends!

The two-storey property is located at 60 m above sea level and offers a breathtaking view over Trizonia Island and the magnificent Gulf of Corinth. There is a private outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a wonderful garden with palm trees and large shaded panoramic terraces. The nearest beach in the idyllic village centre of the island is a mere 200 m away.

On the ground level the main building invites with a stylish and spacious living room and a fully-equipped open kitchen with an indoor fireplace and barbeque grill, a professional gas stove with an electric oven, a large American fridge freezer and a microwave, as well as a dishwasher and a washing machine. A long wooden dining table offers space for at least 10 people and a flat screen Smart-TV, a HIFI system, as well as a library are available for entertainment. To cool off, the outdoor swimming pool can be accessed through sliding doors in the living room. A welcoming entrance area with a desk and a restroom complete the main building.

Five fully air-conditioned and en-suite double bedrooms offer space for up to 10 tenants. The master bedroom is located in the main building on the ground level and comes with an exclusive view on the swimming pool and an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious bathtub-shower combination. The other four bedrooms are grouped around the main building; two on the ground level and two on the upper level. All come with an en-suite bathroom with shower, private access to the large panoramic terraces, as well as a fully-equipped kitchenette.

The exceptional design of Trizonia House is aimed at offering our guests the highest degree of luxury and comfort, while providing self-sufficient living spaces with the possibility for privacy and retreat. The property is ideal for larger groups of up to 10 tenants and also suitable for special events like weddings and christenings (special fees apply). Needless to say, there is high-speed wireless internet access available free of charge on the entire property.

une maison familiale merverveilleux située

le propriétaire de cette maison , Mike ,est particulièrement sympathique, attentif et serviable. La maison est merveilleusement située avec une très belle vue. Nous étions 8, elle est parfaitement adaptée. Plus de charme que de luxe. Nous y avons passé un merveilleux moment. 2 bémols: Pas de volet dans aucune chambre. Piscine très souvent a l'ombre et un peu étriquée. Encore merci a Mike pour son accueil et son suivi pendant notre séjour.

Spacious house on a lovely island - magnificent view

To enjoy the incredible view from your own beautiful veranda terrace, you must use a quite steep footpath. The reward is worth it. A beautiful house and stunning views. If needed, a golfcar is available for your shopping and groceries. The island is unique with nice small restaurants and terraces and especially very nice people. Not too many tourists. We enjoyed two weddings in two weeks. The house is fully equiped and is particularly suitable for larger families. The owner is very helpfull and on the island Vasilis will help you as first point of call. Visit Nafpaktos (by night) or the nearby beaches and small villages on the mainland. Delphi is highly recommended. In summer the watertaxi sails untill midnight. You will enjoy Greece and Trizonia island for sure !

Un endroit magnifique !

Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner 15 jours dans ce merveilleux endroit. La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée et très agréable. La vue est tout simplement extraordinaire ! C'est l'endroit parfait pour se reposer et changer de rythme. L'île et ses habitants sont charmants... un vrai petit paradis.

Ein Ferientraumhaus.....

Wir haben zum dritten Mal (nach 2011 und 2012) 2 Wochen Ferien gemacht in der wunderschonen Villa in Trizonia. Das sagt eigentlich schon alles über das Haus. Die Beschreibung und die Bewertungen treffen voll zu, das Haus ist wundervoll gelegen auf der verkehrsfreien kleinen Insel. Die Aufteilung in einen grossen gemeinsamen Raum mit Küche und Zugang zum Pool sowie den Privatsphäre bietenden Studios zum Schlafen ist einfach perfekt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr praktisch und vollständig. Erwähnt sei als Beispiel der Steinboden in allen Räumen, der es ermöglicht, plitschnass aus dem Pool durchs ganze Haus zu gehen oder der grosse Kühlschrank mit Eisspender ;-). Die Kinder vergnügen sich endlos lange im Pool, am Abend kommen Fledermäuse zum Trinken an den Pool, eine besondere Beleuchtung (farbig) macht das Erlebnis perfekt. Ich selbst habe morgens und abends das Bad im Meer am kleinen Strand geschätzt - es hat nur am Wochenende etwas mehr Leute (vor allem Einheimische). Die Tavernen bieten leckere griechische Kost zu sehr günstigen Preisen. Zu beachten ist lediglich der kurze steile Aufstieg zum Haus (ca 45 Meter über mehr), alles andere kompensiert das aber bei weitem. Häufig geht ein angenehmer, kühlender Wind, wenn er abstellt, kann es auch mal richtig heiss werden. Bei Fragen ist der Vermieter erreichbar, er hat sich auch selbst erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Ich kann das Haus nur weiterempfehlen, es ist ein Paradies, und ich werde bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal auf Trizonia gewesen sein.

Ferieninselferien

Wir konnten zwei sehr schöne, allerdings auch heisse Wochen auf einer niedlich kleinen Insel verbringen. Aber die wirkliche Überraschung war das wunderbare Haus der Familie Stenzel: Da hat es praktisch alles, was man sich wünscht. - Ein gut komponiertes Ensemble des Gebäudes mit durchdachter Einrichtung und Aufteilung, ideal für eine grosse Familie! - Sehr schöne Lage, abseits des Tavernenrummels und doch nahe genug um mal typisch griechisch essen zu gehen. - Wunderbare Aussicht und dank stetigem Wind ist für gute Abkühlung gesorgt. falls dies nicht genügt, besorgt dies ein "schweizerischer" Pool (in Kreuzform) mit seinem frischen Wasser. Kurzum, wunderbare Ferien für Leute, denen einige ruhige und gemütliche Tage die Reise wert sind. Franz & Familie

Traumhafte Lage, tolles Haus und super Betreuung

Wir waren vom 31.08.2014 ab 14 Tage lang mit Freunden (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder zwischen 2 und 5 Jahren) in diesem wunderschönen Haus, würden das Haus jederzeit wieder besuchen und können es nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Die Angaben im Inserat treffen zu- man fühlt sich tatsächlich wie in einem eigenen kleinen Ferienparadies, was auch an dem unvergleichlichen Charme der kleinen Insel Trizonia liegt. Zusammen mit der freundschaftlichen Unterstützung, die uns in allen Bereichen von Jan gewährt wurde, war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Man muss sich darauf einstellen, dass man für größere Einkäufe in Nafpaktos auch mal einen halben Tag unterwegs ist, was dem Ganzen auch ein wenig Abenteuercharakter verleiht. Wenn man dann zurückkommt und die Einkäufe mit Jans Unterstützung im Haus untergebracht hat, schmecken der griechische Wein und das Essen gleich noch besser. In den ortsansässigen Tavernen kann man sehr gut und preisgünstig essen und der hauseigene Grill braucht sich vor keinem griechischen Restaurant zu verstecken. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.. . Wunderschönes Hause, sehr geschmackvoll Eingerichtet. Nichts fehlt alles is da. in der Küche. Sehr sauber, gut vorbereitet und betreut. Ich würde jederzeit dieses Haus weiterempfehlen. MfG Lotta

Bester Urlaub für Haus am Meer

Wir haben Ende August bis Anfang September dort als große Familie mit 8 Personen eine schöne Zeit verbraucht. Das Haus ist wirklich eine besondere Gelegenheit. Kaum ein anderes Haus bietet so einen Komfort für eine größere Gruppe. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist eigentlich für den Eigentümer gedacht, daher fehlt es an nichts. Im Haus gibt es einen guten Computer mit Internetflatrate. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Der Pool ist kaum noch zu überbieten. Die Nähe zum Dorf ist okay für Besuche in den Tavernas. Mit dem Golf Car ist es eine bequeme Sache. Eigentlich fällt es schwer etwas Nachteiliges für das Haus zu finden. Aufgrund der umfangreichen technischen Ausstattung (fast jedes Zimmer hatte eine Klimaanlage, mehrere Fernseher mit Sat) gab es am Ende der Saison einige kleine technische Mängel, auch die Distanz vom Meer zum Haus ist zwar relativ kurz, jedoch aufgrund des steilen Aufstiegs kein Haus "direkt" am Meer, jedoch mit dem beigestellten Golf Car ist es kein Problem. Es wird jedoch sehr schwer das hier gebotene zu übertreffen. Ich kann mir eigentlich nicht vorstellen, dass es hier einem nicht gefällt. Trizonia wird auch uns wiedersehen.

Traumurlaub für Selbstversorger-Gruppe

Wir haben Pfingsten einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf Trizonia verbracht. Der Ausblick ist ein Traum, das Haus wunderschön und man fühlt sich als Gast richtiggehend geehrt in einem so großzügigen und üppig ausgestattetem Ferienhaus wohnen zu dürfen. Es hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen und wir verbrachten dort einen der schönsten Urlaube der letzen Jahre. Grosses Kompliment für die unglaublich geschickte Zonierung in Privatbereiche (4 Appartements, jedes mit eigener Terrasse oder 2 Balkonen) und allgemeinen Bereich (Wohnraum und grosse Terrasse, Pool). Das Kochen in dieser gigantischen Küche hat unglaublich viel Spass gemacht (insbesondere unseren Männern!) und die Kinder haben den Pool in vollen Zügen genossen. Danke auch noch an den Eigentümer, der uns kurzfristig am Ankunftstag ein Taxiboot um 1:00 Uhr nachts organisiert hat! Selbst der 10-minütige Aufstieg von der Taxiboot-Anlegestelle bis zum Haus wird spätestens am 3. Tag als willkommene sportliche Betätigung empfunden. Unsere Tipps: - nicht zu viel Gepäck mitnehmen, grosse Ausgehgarderobe ist nicht nötig - festes Schuhwerk, um die Insel und deren schönen Strände zu erkunden Ich bin mir sicher, dass dies nicht unser einziger Besuch auf Trizonia bleiben wird.
