PRIVATE VILLA & SWIMMING POOL NOT OVERLOOKED. Located a few meters from the P1001 at 16.2 km from the Taghazout Golf Course between the beach of Aourir and Paradise Valley, this magnificent unique charming house sheltered from urban pollution with maintained swimming pool, three bedrooms and three bathrooms is ideal for people looking for calm.

The only score obtained here is catastrophic and does not correspond at all to our level of quality. Travelers landed in Marrakech and felt that we were too far from Marrakech airport. Indeed, we are far from Marrakech airport. The other visitors come mainly from Agadir airport which is 50 minutes away and not 3h30...

We are a 4-star hotel that has all the criteria for a 5-star hotel except for the reception of severely disabled people in the pool: we do not have a special wheelchair slope to get into the water.

The villa is really Magnificent. This is not an advertising argument.
It has an unheated outdoor swimming pool that is not overlooked, a beautiful relaxing and pleasant garden, a large Moroccan living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a terrace, several dining areas and bedrooms.
The 3 bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, a bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet.
Guests have access to ALL parts of the accommodation.
There are no other guests at the same time.
A 5% discount is given for stays of 7 days and more.
It is possible to negotiate a higher discount for bookings longer than 10 days.

This is a non-smoking establishment. It is of course possible to smoke outside the villa but within the property by taking an ashtray.

The geographical location in the heart of a peaceful village suggests that the habits of the local population should be respected.

The price offered is among the lowest on the market for this level of quality.

- 27 minutes and 17 km from Taghazout
- 17 minutes and 12 km from Aourir.

Breakfast is included.
It is possible in agreement with Hanane, the manager, to have lunch and dinner.
