Couldn’t be happier with this house! Gorgeous inside and out and views of the river were stunning. Perfect for a big group of adults and kids. We had kids ages 11-7 weeks and it fit everyone’s needs and tons to do for kiddos plus easy drive to town. Highly highly recommend and we will be back!

We had a wonderful four-day stay at this mountain cabin! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the peaceful, secluded location made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The cabin was incredibly spacious, with large bedrooms and plenty of sleeping space for everyone in our group. The bathrooms were beautiful, and the cabin was well-equipped for a comfortable stay.One of our favorite parts was having so many hiking opportunities nearby. Whether we were enjoying the scenery from the deck or exploring the surrounding trails, there was always something to do. The management team was also outstanding—they were extremely responsive throughout our stay. When we discovered the sauna wasn't working, they sent someone out to repair it while we were there, which we really appreciated.There were a few minor things that could be improved. Some of the light switches didn't seem to work or weren't clearly labeled, making it hard to know what they controlled. The kitchen table area could use additional lighting for evening meals or games. The dryer worked fine but occasionally made a very loud screeching noise. There were quite a few cobwebs outside, but that's understandable given the cabin's mountain setting. We were a little disappointed not to see any koi fish in the front pond, and easier access to the river would make the property even better.Overall, these were relatively small issues compared to everything the cabin had to offer.

We rented this cabin for a long weekend with 12 adults and 6 children, and it exceeded our expectations in every way.The location is unbeatable. Sitting right on the Toccoa River, we spent hours fishing, relaxing in the hot tub or sauna, and chatting around the campfire.The space worked beautifully for our large group. Everyone had room to spread out, and the common areas were big enough that we could all gather comfortably for meals and games without feeling cramped. The kitchen handled the demands of cooking for 18 people without issue.The hosts were fantastic—quick to respond to questions before and during our stay, and genuinely helpful when we needed recommendations for local spots. It's clear they care about their guests having a great experience.We're already talking about booking again next year. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with a big crew who wants that perfect mix of togetherness and relaxation.

Great stay on the river

My extended family and I really enjoyed being so close to the water, having large bedrooms and family spaces, as well as the outdoor spaces for the kids. Overall we were very happy with the house and location.

Amazing weekend in Blue Ridge

Excellent Stay

This cabin was perfect for our family. Three generations aged 18 months to 72 years under the same roof with plenty of space. Tons of things to do and the view was unbeatable.

Amazing place

We spend a weekend with family and friends, nice experience , beautiful, beautiful cabin, all beds are comfortable, amazing views, quiet place, kids enjoyed the movie theater, it’s very nice, adults enjoyed dancing in the fireplace spot, during the day is nice to walk around and I really recommend it.

Beautiful property and cabin fit the whole family

We comfortable fit 9 adults and 3 children, and had room for more. The cabin is very nice and the views are breathtaking. Loved being on the River, enjoyed the ponds for fishing and the huge property was great for exploring. Would stay here again!

Relaxing Bachelorette Weekend

This property was stunning and the perfect place to host bachelorette weekend of relaxation. Between the views, the hot tub, spacious living space and location, we had everything we could want. We ventured off to nearby wineries and there are so many amazing places close by for lunch and dinner options.

60th & 21st Birthday Celebration

Had an amazing time. The house is beautiful & we had plenty of room to enjoy it all.
