Escape to the Cape!

Escape to the Cape in this three bedroom two bathroom home north of historic 6A just a mile away from picturesque Gray's Beach in Yarmouthport! The large, peaceful backyard is set on 1/2 acre. Start and end each day relaxing on the screened porch where you can have a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night.

Head to Gray's Beach ~ just a little over a mile to the Cape's most picturesque sunset spot. Perfect spot for families! Check out low tide, explore the tidepools and cross over the sandbar to Dennis. Don't forget the coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas and pails that are provided. After a day at the beach, rinse off and relax in the brand new outdoor cedar shower! Look up and see the sun, moon, or the stars!

Read a book or take a nap in the hammock in the peaceful back yard. Relax in the corner garden patio. Use the gas Weber grill to have a nice barbecue dinner in the backyard at picnic table with umbrella. After dinner, make some popcorn and watch a movie wi. The family room has a super comfy sectional that seats at least 8 people. Check out the built-in shelves for fun family games to play in the dining room at the table that seats 8-10 people.

Time to sleep ~ The downstairs bedroom is equipped with a/c and a twin bed and a pull out trundle bed. The newly remodeled bathroom with shower is steps away. One upstairs bedroom with a/c and a flat screen TV has a Queen size bed, and if you feel like sleeping late, pull down the blackout shades! The other bedroom upstairs with a/c sleeps 5! It has a full size bed, a sleeper sofa with twin mattress, another twin bed with a twin trundle. Another full bathroom with full tub and shower is located right in between the two bedrooms.

Close to Yarmouth and Dennis beaches, but set in a quaint and private setting in the 6A Historic district. Easy access for boat ramp at Gray's Beach. Many restaurants and dining options close by in Yarmouthport, Dennis, and Barnstable. Close drive to Hyannis for the mall and shopping. The Cape Cod Rail Trail starts in Yarmouth, winding its way down to Wellfleet. Bike rentals are available near the trail as well as places to get a snack or picnic lunch.

The Rte 28 side of the Cape, with mini golf, fried clams, go karts, and lots of other fun things to do, is just a short ride away.
Bring food, your flip flops, linens and towels.
