The kitchen has maple cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. The six full bathrooms have granite counters, tile floors, and maple vanities. There are hardwoods throughout.Bedroom setup: There are 4 bedrooms on the main level, 2 oceanfront with a king bed in each, 2 additional bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each room. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 oceanfront with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa with new memory foam matress, another bedroom with 2 queen beds, twin bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa with new memory foam matress. Each of the 6 bedrooms has a new smart TV with streaming capability.Beach Access #2 is conveniently located just one house away.We also have a ping pong table with seating underneath, beach toys, beach chairs and beach towels, along with a second refrigerator located in the garage. Plenty of games and puzzles are on hand.  Please note that we do not provide a golf cart, but they are available for rent on the island.
There’s both a drip coffee pot and a K-cup style brewer.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Amenity cards are available for purchase. These must be used to access pools, tennis courts, restaurants, and the 2 championship golf courses. Amenity cards are $50/wk in the summer and $35/wk in the off-season. A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.
