Newly remodeled house, pool & landscaping! Mid-Century Modern mi Alexander with bonus casita in the charming and coveted Twin Palms neighborhood. Mature palm trees extend as far as the eye can see, and the east side of the property is blessed with spectacular views of the San Jacinto Mountains. The outdoor awning shades the saltwater pool starting mid-day while sun worshippers can enjoy extended rays on the west-facing lounge chairs. Inside, the décor is 1950's Palm Springs chic meets Mad Men.

The space
Welcome to Twin Palms Paradise! The main house includes the classic Twin Palms large great room / kitchen area facing the pool, with the 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the west side. The main bedroom includes a double vanity bathroom and large walk-in shower with two shower heads and great views from a large clerestory window. You'll find a well-stocked, modern kitchen with high-quality appliances and many kitchen items you'd expect to find in a quality home with serving dishes and items needed to cook and serve a gourmet meal in the home. The bonus casita by the pool is a space to unwind with games/TV and a calming view of trees, pool and sky; another full bath is here as well. 2100 sq ft of indoor living space w separate laundry room.

Step out to a spacious pool deck to find a full resort of your own! The backyard is completely walled and private. The rectangular pool has a large seating area for relaxing. The large spa is spacious enough for several to enjoy. A BBQ grill for outdoor cooking is available. There is large table for al fresco dining for 8.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the full house. There is a carport for one car and a large circular driveway. There is a fire column by the outside seating area.

Other things to note
Amenities include saltwater pool / hot tub, private putting green, chef stove, new grill, foosball table, Samsung Frame TV, bonus casita with full bath, desks in every room, keyless access, high speed wifi internet and separate laundry room. 1600 square feet of living space in the main house plus a 500 square foot casita. Pool heating is recommended during the winter months and the surcharge varies between $50-75/day to pay for the incremental natural gas; we heat the pool to 85 degrees. Spa heat is free.

This was our second stay at Twin Palms Paradise within 6 months. Everything was as great as our first stay .. host easily available for any questions along with the property manager, well appointed, clean, and a beautiful pool!Highly recommended.

Everything about our stay here was really nice! It was very clean overall with well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The owner/property managers were super nice and easy to communicate with. It's got the classic mid century modern architecture in all the good ways with some nice recent updates to the kitchen and bathrooms. Great pool too. The neighborhood seemed really peaceful and quiet as well.

Ideal Palm Springs Stay

The house is beautiful and comfortable, very nicely eqipped and supplied. The backyard pool and spa are wonderful. We absolutely loved everything. Great convenient location. The owner and property manager were accessible and supportive.

Excellent Stay!

This place was awesome and in a great location! Quiet but still close to downtown, shops, golf and the airport. The pool set up has both sunny and shaded areas throughout the day which was a plus. Open concept well stocked house, comfortable seating/dining in and out. Jason and Dan were great hosts and easy to deal with.

Just wonderful

Twin palms Paradise delivered on our 10-day stay. The neighborhood can't be beat for house gazing walks, great coffee, proximity to beautiful day hikes, and front yard golf. The house itself is exactly as described, management is very engaged, we heated the pool because we were fleeing from the Subzero North

Fun in Twin Palms Paradise!

My wife and I enjoyed a fantastic vacation at Twin Palms Paradise! Jason (property owner) and Dan (property manager) were incredibly gracious hosts from start to finish. Twin Palms is truly a paradise…the house was sparkling clean upon arrival and is an amazing place to enjoy a relaxing week in the desert. Every detail and amenity has been thoughtfully curated for guests. The pool/spa area is truly a beautiful resort setting that we enjoyed each day. The home is in a very quiet, peaceful and lovely neighborhood. We have stayed in many places in the Palm Springs area and this gem is at the top of our list. We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful property thoroughly equipped

Wonderful pool and spa, heated for use between Christmas and New Year which was amazing. Beautiful house, equipped with many thoughtful details such as coffee, drinks, knife sharpener! Loads of towels and great laundry room. Casita was a great bonus space. Thank you!

A sublime Twin Palms stay

We loved everything about this house and property. Quiet location, beautiful landscaping, private yard, a good sized saltwater pool and spa and comfortable furniture. We spent most of our time in the yard and in the pool, and chose to eat at home instead of restaurants because the setting was so lovely. A bonus to have a miniature putting green and a foosball table. Jason (owner) and Dan (manager) were quick to respond to any questions. Twin Palms is our favourite neighbourhood, and this house was a step above other rentals we've had in the same area. Made for a truly sublime holiday.

Wonderful Palm Springs Getaway

We have stayed at this property twice in the last 2 years and each stay has been wonderful. The owner - Jason - and property manager - Dan - are instantly responsive to any questions we have. Everything at the property worked perfectly. It’s comfortable, very well equipped, a beautiful pool, beautiful landscaping. Its location is super convenient to shopping, restaurants, a great coffee shop (KoffI), golf etc. The neighborhood of Twin Palms is beautiful and quiet. Cannot recommend this property too highly.

Twin Palms Me!

My wife and I have vacationed in PS every summer for the past 15 years. We’ve stayed at many different houses. This one is at the top of the list. Very clean, stocked kitchen, excellent AC, solid technology (tvs and WiFi), great location, very private, quiet neighborhood, refreshing pool, putting green!, large master bed and bath, comfortable furniture, nicely decorated, close to everything, responsive property manager (Dan) and owner (Jason)…need I go on? Twin Palms Paradise is perfectly named.

Twin Palms Perfection

I rented the property to attend a convention at the nearby Palm Springs Convention Center. The host and property manager made the process so easy, and they were in constant communication from booking till we left. The house and neighborhood are pure Mid Century Modern, but the house has been updated to current standards. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was so well stocked that we needed nothing except what we wanted to eat. We relaxed by the pool during the day, and at night there were several very swanky bars in easy walking distance. Downtown Palm Springs was less than a $10 Uber ride away. We had a perfect week.

Perfect Oasis in Twin Palms

Just an absolutely outstanding post-modern architectural home in the heart of palm springs! This house literally had everything we needed. From cooking utensils to extra pillows, there was nothing missing during our stay. Even a fully loaded pantry with extra coffee for the Keurig. A mere 5 minute walk to our favourite coffee shop, Koffi! 5 minutes drive to downtown and 20 mins to El Paseo. This is the most ideal location. Ralphs is a 10 minute walk as well. The property manager, Dan was a pleasure to work with and his communication and response time was immediate. Whatever we needed and any questions we had. The pool was so lovely and the hot tub was the perfect temperature within 30 mins of turning it on. Our favourite part of the home was the Casita/Pool House (games room). The big kids enjoyed this space the most for obvious reasons. We cannot wait to return next year! Thanks Jason and Dan!

Great property

Beautiful little house in a great area. Excellent walkability on quiet streets, coffee shops and restaurants nearby as well as grocery. Very clean and well appointed, had everything we needed. Loved the backyard and pool area and cute casita. Recommend to small families!

The Pool was Paradise!

The house is gorgeous, the property is immaculate, and the saltwater pool was paradise! We enjoyed the views, and the golfing was fun too. The property manager Dan was so friendly and professional, and we can’t wait to stay here again!
