is a 1-room apartment for 2 - 6 people (approx. 35sqm living space) on the ground floor with a kitchenette, satellite TV and daylight bath / toilet. There are 2 bunk beds and 2 convertible armchairs as sheep.
You reach the apartment "OM3 = Mario" and "OM4 = Carina" via the internal staircase.




"OM4 = Carina"
is a 1-room apartment for 1 - 3 people (approx. 24 sqm living space) on the ground floor with satellite TV, separate kitchen and shower / toilet. A bed and a sofa bed for 2 people are available.
Via the internal staircase you can reach the apartment "OM3 = Mario" and "OM1 = Manuela".



"OM3 = Mario"
is a maisonette apartment (approx. 85sqm), for 6 people with 2 bedrooms (2 and 4 beds each) in the attic. The 4-bed room also has a covered 10sqm balcony with garden furniture that cannot be seen by neighbors, so that smokers do not miss out.
On the upper floor there is the eat-in kitchen with the dining table that can be pulled out to the table size and the daylight bath with additional shower / toilet and the connecting door to the lockable apartment "OM2 = Angela".
Via the internal staircase you get to the apartment "OM4 = Carina" and "OM1 = Manuela".


OM2 = "Angela"
is a 1-room apartment for 2 - 4 people (approx. 40 sqm living space) with daylight bath / toilet and connecting door to the apartment "O3 = Mario".

The sofa bed, which can be used as a double bed or two single beds, offers two additional sleeping options.
