Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned flat with sea views and a swimming pool in the town of L'Île-Rousse, situated approximately 50 metres from the beach. It measures 34 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included, with brand-new bedding – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A shared, unfenced, unheated swimming pool (4×12 m), open from 1 May to 30 September.
- A 6 m² terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The flat is ideally situated in L’Île-Rousse, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

L’Île-Rousse, nicknamed the ‘Saint-Tropez of Corsica’, has something for everyone: sun-seekers will love Corsica’s warmest microclimate! Come and discover its heritage, its beach and its stunning landscapes.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park.

- Nearest railway station: L’Île-Rousse, 2 km away (4 mins by car, 18 mins on foot)
- Nearest airport: Calvi, 24 km away (28 mins by car)
