Admiralskoje, luxurious duplex apartment centrally and close to the beach in Warnemünde

Everyone can find space here. Ideal for the large family or small group: our admiral bunk. Like a house in a house, this architecturally unusual studio apartment (approx. 175 m²) offers you its own staircase from 1. Upper floor with hall, three separate bedrooms (with a total of 7 beds and additional space for cots), a very spacious living / dining area (flat-screen TV, DVD, HiFi / CD) with a large seating area (and comfortable additional sleeping facilities), a spacious fully equipped kitchen (including Dishwasher, microwave, grill), a beautiful and spacious design bathroom with two vanities, large tub and separate shower. Furthermore: three toilets, open spiral staircase with gallery, large south-facing balcony from which you can enjoy the sun until evening, various fittings, TV in every room and a very special atmosphere. This holiday apartment is unique in Warnemünde.

For all stays that are booked from August 2019, bed linen / towels / final cleaning are included in the final price. We have changed our price scale to simplify it.
The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. We cannot offer streaming quality.

House Rules / Prices:
The above prices are calculated for a stay of up to 6 people and 7 seven nights incl. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels. (For all stays booked from August 2019!). You are also welcome to stay with us for fewer nights. In this case we charge a so-called short booking surcharge. We then differentiate between a surcharge of up to 2 nights and / or less than 7 nights. Children up to the age of 6 live with parents and grandparents free of charge. For each additional person we charge an amount of 15 euros / night / person (so-called extra bed). We have a limited number of parking spaces in Warnemünde. If available, these cost 7 euros / night / car. We also name alternatives on request. General features are listed in the equipment features. T. in the house and not in every single apartment, which we would be happy to provide for your stay: DVD players / DVDs gg. Deposit to be collected from our office, cot / high chair one-time fee of 7 €, microwave on request. The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. Tourist tax in Warnemünde per day / € full price * HS 2.25 €, reduced 1.50 €, reduced price * NS 1.50 €, reduced 1.00 (HS = high season (May-Sep), NS = low season (Oct-Apr)) * The amount of the spa tax will be charged per night for the duration of your stay. Children up to 16 years do not pay spa tax. The discounts apply to pupils, trainees, students and the severely disabled.
