This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom corner unit condo sleeps 5 with a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a twin Murphy bed. It features a private balcony with slope views. Updates throughout and vaulted ceilings. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool and a hot tub.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Near the living area is a twin-sized Murphy bed that can be pulled at night. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The owner has provided a small DVD library and a selection of board games for your enjoyment.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats four. The private balcony is just off the dining area and offers beautiful views of the slopes.

The bedroom features a king-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV. The homeowner has provided a selection of books for your enjoyment. The full bathroom is across from the bedroom and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. It's stocked with a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

*Please note the Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $8 a day for parking starting November 1st, 2025*

The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

Wonderful location. Convenient, close to lift, gear locker, quiet, well built condo, clean, good communication with management company. Parking underground is a great benefit, but had some issues with regestering my vehicle on the HOA site.

Everything was very nice. Great location and nice place. Wish they gave pool towels but we survived with just using and washing our bath towels. Also, you have to pick up key card off property which is hard if you don’t have a car bc used shuttle service from airport.

Cute one bedroom apartment close to the River Run Village. Not ski/in ski/out. 10 minute walk through town with your gear to get to main gondola/ lift. Queen sofa bed is surprisingly comfortable. Single murphy bed is nice option. Management company is subpar and not at all what you expect when you pay for and stay at a property like this. They pretty much want you to do everything yourself. Pick up your keys and towels from a remote location which you have to drive to, fix the broken fireplace, take out the trash, and run the dishwasher yourself. Shelving was very dusty so the housekeeping is not great either.

This Vrbo was absolutely perfect and exceeded our expectations in every way. The property was spotless and clearly very well cared for. Everything was fully operational and worked exactly as it should—no issues at all during our stay.The home was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed, and the games were a huge bonus and added a lot of fun to our evenings. You can tell the owners have really thought of the details to make guests feel comfortable and at home.Management was outstanding—responses were fast, helpful, and friendly, which made the entire experience stress-free. The location could not be better: close to everything Keystone has to offer, with stunning views of the ski slopes that made every morning and evening feel special.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Vrbo to anyone looking for a flawless Keystone getaway.

Nicely appointed one bedroom condo. Nice views from windows and balcony. Property mgr was very responsive. Stayed 3 weeks. Pool heated and clean, hot tub nice. I would rent this condo again next year if available.

Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Keystone for 5 years to road bike the trails around Lake Dillon and up to Copper Mtn, Vail Pass, etc. This is the first time we've stayed at Expedition Station. We really loved it. The condo was very nice with many touches my wife liked. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub that wan't shared with other condo complexes. And we met several couples who owned units there and they were all so friendly. We'll definitly plan on staying here again!!

Great Condo in a great location

The Condo was very comfortable and perfect for the 2 of us. We loved the views of the mountains. Good location and an easy walk to the Ski Lifts and shops and restaurants.

The condo was clean and bright, and had everything we needed for our short trip to Keystone. The location was perfect for a short walk to restaurants and the gondola. The bed was sooooo comfortable! We loved coming back to our abode daily after a day on the hill. The bathroom was perfect. Super hot water, so be careful. To note: I didn't see it listed anywhere but there is a regular drip coffee maker in the unit. No Keurig machine (fine by us). We were surprised to find someone left some paper filters in the cabinet too, along with salt and pepper, and some sugar packets. There is a very convenient (albeit pricey) general store in the village should you need grocery items. We needed a stick of butter. We loved Montezuma Roadhouse for dinner! Steep and Rotolo's are good apres ski spots. Having the ski locker and parking spot in the heated garage was amazing! We didn't use the hot tub, steam room, or other amenities but they looked great too. We just ran out of time. Rent this one. You will not be disappointed. :)

Great winter vacay

The location and view were amazing. We enjoyed waking up to the mountain view each morning and being able to walk right to the lifts. The convenience of everything being right there was so nice. The condo was clean and has everything we needed.

Perfect Condo for Two

The unit is in excellent condition, well cared for, very clean upon our arrival. Kudos to housekeeping staff! The unit was well equipped with everything we needed for a lovely getaway. Although there are additional beds, we thought the unit seems right sized for two people. Towels were luxuriously soft and large. The suggestions we would offer are sheets made of different material such as a cottton blend rather than microfiber and a correct sized coffee carafe that fits the coffee maker. We experienced a good deal of pilling and shedding with these sheets which stuck to us so tracked pills throughout the unit. Minor issues in the scheme of things. Working with Summit County Mountain Retreats was so easy for us, offering smooth check in and out process. We like that they reached out to us after we had a chance to settle to see if we needed anything. Definitely recommend booking directly with them.

Great place with poor management

We absolutely loved the unit- well located, facing the mountains, sleeping 5 (we have 2 18+ children). Kitchen has anything you need, very cozy. The sunset on the balcony was hard to describe! Great applause to the owners. The management company is less than 1 star- the unit was not cleaned well, there was dust and debris on the floor. We asked to clean- no response, we asked for the vacuum cleaner- no response, and eventually, just running into the cleaning crew in the hallway we got one. The bathroom sink was clogged, and required almost full day to fix and 2 technicians, the issue was 2 floors below. The smell was horrible. This is not the owners issue, this is the management company issue.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for a week of skiing. The unit had a spacious feel, even though it was a one bedroom due to the high ceilings. The windows overlook Keystone, Keystone Mountain, and we could see people on the ski trails. The walk to the gondola, took about 5 to 10 minutes. The finishes in the condo are all updated. The kitchen and bath were really nice. A favorite was the convenient outdoor hot tub and lots of other people were enjoying the warm pool. We have stayed at various. Riverrun condos over the last several years, and this was the best hot tub by far .

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
