Modern terraced house with sea views and communal pool Casa Sophia is a newly built terraced house which offers all the comforts of a modern home and stunning views across the surrounding countryside and towards the Atlantic Ocean. The light and friendly lounge-dining area is open plan to the kitchen and forms the heart of the house. It has a large flat screen tv, Internet access and air conditioning (hot and cold) and can be kept at a pleasant temperature all year round. The terrace is accessed from both the kitchen and the lounge. It is equipped with beautiful furniture. On the ground floor there is also a small shower room. On the first floor we have the master bedroom with double bed, a full bathroom en suite and a small balcony. The second bedroom with two single beds is also located on the first floor. It shares a shower room with the third bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms are air conditioned. The best spot to enjoy the warm summer evenings or spend the day in the slightly cooler seasons is the large roof terrace with fantastic panoramic views. It is equipped with comfortable sun beds and a sunshade. The communal pool with lawn area and palm trees is just in front of the house (pool is open all year round).
VFT/CA/01905 Casa Sophia is located in a newly constructed residential area on a slope just outside the town centre of Conil (10 - 15 minutes walk). There is a supermarket within walking distance. The beaches of Los Bateles and Castilnovo are a 15 minutes' walk away.
