This flat, located on the ground floor of a small condominium, can accommodate up to 4 people.

The flat has a washing machine, dishwasher, conventional oven and microwave, conventional coffee maker, toaster, fridge, kettle and induction hob.

In the living room you will find a sofa bed (extra), a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi and a dining table.
There is also a bathroom with a wall-hung toilet and a bath for relaxing.
You can also enjoy a private outdoor patio for lunch or simply soak up the sun in peace and quiet.

Sleeping facilities:
- A master bedroom with a 160cm double bed and dressing room.
The flat is absolutely non-smoking.

Pets are not allowed.
The côte rouge beach is 200 metres away at high tide and 50 metres away at low tide. Here you can swim, sail and fish on foot.
You can also walk to the Citadelle and its museums in 15 minutes along the customs path (restaurants on the beach). The main shops (bakery, cheesemonger, butcher, delicatessen, fishmonger, pharmacy, etc.) and restaurants are just 50 m away, in the ‘grand'rue’ (market on Saturday mornings and Tuesday evenings in July and August).
It is also possible to reach Gâvres or Lorient by boat (particularly interesting during the Interceltic Festival). Bikes can also be taken on board.
