Beautiful spacious apartment with large garden

Welcome to my apartment 02 with a cozy wood stove and a large garden with barbecue area. The apartment is child-friendly and not far from forest and cross-country trails.

Furnishing:
Apartment 02 (approx. 120sqm for 2 to 8 people) is on the ground floor of my house. It consists of a spacious living / dining room with a wood stove (the firewood is available for a fee of 5.00 per bag), satellite TV, CD player and radio, a large kitchen with dining table in the winter garden, 1 bedroom with a double bed and separate shower / toilet, 1 bedroom with double bed, a children's room with loft bed and a bed with pull-out lower bed, 1 bathroom with shower / toilet and 1 guest toilet in the hallway.

Pets are allowed on request.

Outside:
In the spacious garden there is a terrace with stone grill and garden shed, playground and sandpit as well as enough space to play on the property. Garden table and chairs are ready for you.

Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be pre-ordered from me for a fee of € 10.00 per person.

Please pay the applicable spa fee on site at the Tourist Information, Am Kurpark 9, 37444 Sankt Andreasberg.

Bicycles and skis can be stored in the garage belonging to the apartment.
For a second car there is a parking space on the property or 20 m away a free large car park.
