It was great meeting you! Thank you for reviewing our property. We look forward to seeing y'all again!

We enjoyed having you guys! Thank you so much for booking with us and for taking such good care of our home while it was yours! Come back any time!

Thank you for the wonderful compliments regarding our cleanliness, friendly service and well-stocked home! Because we provide a fully furnished, comfortable private home rather than a standard hotel, we choose to personally greet every single guest. To ensure everything is perfect for our guests, I happily make the 30-minute drive to get there before my guests do -- even for check-ins as late as 9 p.m. We merely ask for an estimated arrival time (and updates if plans change) so I can be there waiting to welcome you, rather than making your family wait for me. Thank you so much for your feedback, and we wish you the best in your future travels!

Thank you so much! We’re thrilled you had an excellent stay at Lake Effects. Keeping everything spotless is a priority, so it’s wonderful to hear that it made a difference. We truly appreciate your kind words and would love to host you again! Thank you for choosing to book with us!

Loved that you guys had such a good time that you extended your stay with us, and absolutely loved all the individual notes the kids left us about what they enjoyed the most. Seems like the pier and the beds were the big winners there! Thanks for all the fun toys you left for others to enjoy!

Thanks for choosing to stay with us on your weekend getaway! It was great meeting you and your friends. The weather couldn't have been more agreeable, and I was so glad to hear that mosquitoes weren't noticeable; so, we will definitely keep that service for our guests' enjoyment! Hope to see you again soon!
