Comfy Second Floor Beachfront Condo - Sleeps 4 - Pool and Sauna!

Summary:

"Dungeness and Dragons" is what we call this comfy oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to four people by way of two queen size beds. This beautiful unit has two full bathrooms and a full modern kitchen. This isn't a hotel room, this is a home! The beach access is literally right out the oceanside window. If the weather is stormy, stay inside and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!



The Space:

Start your coastal adventure in unit 210, Dungeness and Dragons. This comfortably furnished 2nd floor condo features panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. If you're lucky, you might even be able to spot a pod of gray whales during their migrations!



For those of you who want to fall asleep to the sounds of waves crashing, the oceanfront living room comes equipped with a queen bed, as well as a flat screen television with a DVD player. 



The full kitchen is appointed with everything you need for some home cooking. But if you're not into baking while vacationing, there is Kyllo's Restaurant right next door. 



You'll find a queen bed in the master bedroom, along with a master bathroom suite.



Ready for the beach? The Sea Gypsy has three beach access points, all with just a few steps down to the sand. Arguably, we have the best beach access in Lincoln City and the entire Oregon Coast. The D River (which is the world's shortest) is right next to our building, featuring shallow areas for children to play in. Our facility is both beachfront and riverfront.



Walk 10-15 minutes to the north where you will find natural tide pools.



The Sea Gypsy has an indoor saltwater pool, plus a sauna. There are two gas grill on site, as well as a laundry facility.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool and dry sauna.



This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 16 steps required to access the unit.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Sea Gypsy Rentals manages more than 59 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
