Climb the stairs and discover the fun-filled loft complete with a foosball table, game table, and a desk and chair for remote work and schooling. And outside, take the amazing view while you fire up your gas grill to spice up your menu.

Yes everything was just perfect. Were told that the coffee maker was a drip but when we got there found a Keurig on the counter with pods. Holiday decorations were very nice too! Kitchen was the best stocked we have ever seen. The wide railings to go to the second floor were a little challenging For me personally as I have MS and need the railings but I just went slow and hung on for dear life. Wished that the master was on the first floor but I managed and we all had a wonderful time.

Condo was in a perfect location next to allAttractions, restaurants and grocery store. The view was SPECTACULAR especially at sunset. Condo was very clean aside from the rugs that were noticeably not vacuumed on the upper floor( no vacuum lines and little pieces of debris here and there). Beds were extremely comfortable with nice linens, pillows and down comforter. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed the fireplace and cozy furnishings so much this time of year. Management was VERY quick to answer us about trouble entering the condo that was due to an error in their directions on this site. Hopefully they correct the misinformation for future renters. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and felt at home.. we would definitely rent again.

Majestic View has the View

The Majestic View has one of the best possible views of Mount Washington and the White Mountain range right from the deck. The sunsets are incredible. It's also conveniently located if you like swimming holes like Sawyer rock, Dianas Baths, Glen Ellis Falls and Lower Falls. There are always things you could complain about like not finding the welcome starter kit which contains the dish and laundry soap, dish scrubby pad. Or, the four baby mice we needed to catch and release outside the first days of our stay. Or that the carpet was dirty. I don't understand why rentals like this don't have vinyl plank flooring at least in the downstairs area. All in all Majestic View is highly recommended.

Second time.

This was the second time we’ve stayed at Majestic View and it was just as perfect as it was the first. Excellent and easy check in. Exceptionally clean. Perfect location. We will choose it as long as it’s available every time we come to NH.

Nice place

The place is great. The way VACASA works, not sure. We had problems to find the place, very dark, the place is indicated in small letters among many other signs on a window. The instructions how to get in are not in English, don't know who wrote them but next time use chat GPT to assist you make it clearer. property is great, price is good, nothing particularly good or bad.

Fantastic property in fantastic location with fantastic view. Kudos to the owner. Corporate property manager: subpar communication when addressing significant issue.

Extraordinary

The view of the mountains is so much more impressive in person than from the photos. The location is convenient to everything the White Mountains has to offer- The Presidential range, North Conway, Crawford Notch, the Kancamagus Highway and hiking, biking and skiing. This place is much larger than it appears. Everything is like new inside the condo. Outside is rustic but well maintained and very quiet! The place is immaculately clean. Furnishings and carpet are like new. Bug season was over so we enjoyed the deck overlooking the mountains. Would not hesitate to book this place again!

What a View!

Excellent place, great view, fantastic location. We (family of 6, kid ages between 12-16) had ample room. Great kitchen. We will be going back. Did I mention the view? Spectacular.

Everything was great! We spent Christmas there and everything was perfect. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was very clean, and the beds are nice and comfy.

Great view and cozy

The view is fabulous!! Kitchen is well supplied with cooking equipment if you want to do your own cooking. Gas log fireplace is a great place to sit, read a book, and look out at the view. Bed was very comfortable. Slept well. The place was neat and tidy but it felt like the floors had not been cleaned properly; frequently found debris on the carpet.

Majestic View, truly Majestic

The view from here of Mount Washington is unsurpassed! We loved watching the changes in the sky and sitting on the deck. The condo is spacious, clean, well furnished, and very comfortable. We had a great visit here with our children and grandchildren

Incredible view, every amenity and accessory we could think of they already had. Beautiful layout and great proximity to everything we wanted to see and do. Would definitely stay here again.

First Time VRBO Vacation renter . . . can't wait for next rental. Would gladly stay here again.

This property was a wonderful home to rent for the first time. It was extremely spacious for our group of 3 adults and could easily accommodate the 8 individuals it allows for because of the 2 bunk beds in one bedroom. I cooked 3 dinners and 3 breakfasts over 3 days. Once I learned where all the dishes and cookware were located, I realized how well appointed the kitchen was. There was a nice inviting coffee and latte display in the kitchen as a bonus for my friend who loves coffee. The home was a little difficult to find as one of the street signs was missing . . . but if you remember to go up the mountain to get there, and down the mountain to leave . . . you will find the property and your way out of the neighborhood with no challenges. Do not fear the exterior when you arrive at the location. The building looks older and very non-descript, in need of some stain/paint and color. However, this may be beyond the owner's control as this is a condo and most likely subject to covenants, bylaws, and the agreement of other owners. That being said, the interior appears to have had a completely renovated kitchen in the last few years, both bathrooms updated in the last few years (tub/shower combos were still dated), and newer flooring in the last two years. The furnishings were newer, warm, comfortable and functional. The owners did a nice job of blending in the new providing amenities, yet still keeping a "ski lodge" theme. The only drawback was NO Pool as indicated.

Incredible Views

The Majestic View lived up to its name. From the living room and deck, the mountain view is incredible with Mt. Washington in the center of the view. The house is fully stocked with just about everything you could need, just bring your food. The house was clean. The kitchen has what looked to be a vinyl plank floor. If I were to make one suggestion, I would replace the carpet downstairs in the living area with vinyl plank flooring, the same as the kitchen. The carpet was acceptable, but did have a few stains and wood/vinyl flooring would be a huge improvement. All-in-all a good stay, with easy access to all the area has to offer.
