The holiday home, renovated in 2022, is functionally furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre, near the old town. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and the quiet and sunny location by the water. This holiday property is a historical and romantic accommodation.

Marano Lagunare, 1 m above sea level. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The house overlooks the large square beneath the thousand-year-old tower (pedestrian area). The house is located on the large square 100 metres from the millennial tower; in a pedestrian zone. Access is via a side street. Parking on the street in front of the house and in a car park in the town (distance 100 m).

1st floor: Living room (25 sqm) with seating area, TV, radio, CD player, dining area (9 seats) and access to the terrace (4 sqm). All windows and exterior doors are secured with fly screens. Kitchen in the living kitchen (6 sqm) with gas stove (4 burners), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (230 l, freezer compartment), microwave, electric kettle, washing machine and access to the terrace.
