For a "green" holiday, the house will offer you quiet and relaxing spaces. Located in the village of VENDAYS, it is set back from the road, and is accessible by a private road. The fenced land is not enclosed at the access. It is built in the heart of a vast plot of wooded land (weeping willow and hundred-year-old oaks); the vast terrace without vis-à-vis benefits from the view of a vast meadow, a wooded area at the back of the plot and the shade of the acacia trees.
The cycle path linking VENDAYS to MONTALIVET is accessible 200 m away.
This architect's house from 2016 built with bio-sourced materials was designed on the principles of bioclimatic architecture; without air conditioning, the indoor temperature remains temperate in summer.
On the first floor, the living room and kitchen area open onto two terraces raised 60 cm from the ground; a terrace faces east to benefit from the morning sun and a larger terrace faces south towards the meadow. The terrace furniture (table and chairs, textile armchairs and coffee table) remains mobile in order to sit in the shade or in the sun depending on the time of day.
Two bedrooms with 160 beds, a lounge area-TV, a bathroom with shower and bath, a toilet and a laundry room are accessible on the first floor.
On the floor under the ramp, there is a third bedroom with a 160 bed, as well as two mezzanine areas that can accommodate relaxation or rest activities (two futons are available), a toilet with toilet and shower.
The first floor is completed with a loggia (covered-open space) which allows you to benefit from an outdoor space for relaxation or rest.
The rental will be for a minimum of one week.
The keys will be handed over in person.
Linen and cleaning are mandatory.
