-Tennis court lights are for staging purposes only due to frequent negligence and misuse of them

-Party buses or similar oversized commercial grade vehicles will not fit up the narrow road and are not permitted at anytime

-6 to 8 cars max are permitted at the property at any given time.

-There is no legal street parking on the road up to the property, all vehicles must park in our private gates or will be immediately towed

-Service people are permitted to access the outside of the property and pool to perform their weekly maintenance duties. Fire pits on waterfall are for staging purposes only and are not a guest amenity.
