1. Housing Description

Main house located in the heart of Normandy, ideal for a family with children wanting to spend a quiet holiday.
It is a house inhabited year round and offered for rent only in summer.
The house is located on the banks of the Seine, in a village with beautiful cottages.
The large enclosed garden will seduce you!
The direct view of the Seine, the charm of the house and the garden and the calm of the surroundings will enchant you.

2. My Home

House of character, old Hotel at the beginning of the 20th century, with rich heritage qualities and an exceptional view of the Seine (facing the house).
The house, 135 m2, includes for 8 to 10 people:

First floor:
1 large master bedroom (DOUBLE KING bed/ box spring and mattress purchased in 2020: 180 200 cm) with private shower.
1 large room with desk, (bed DOUBLE STANDARD/ box spring and mattress bought in 2024: 140 190 cm) and TV.
1 very large bathroom with large shower, bath and toilet

second floor
1 child room with a bed ONE PLACE (mattress 90 by 190 cm)
1 bedroom with a STANDARD DOUBLE bed/ box spring and mattress purchased in 2021: 140 190 cm)
1 bedroom (landing) with a KING DOUBLE bed/ box spring and mattress purchased in 2024: 180 by 200 cm).

Library with 1 sofa bed 2 places (board games and comics available)/ dining room with table 8 chairs (additional chairs available)/ living room (large TV, DVD player, internet box, Netflix, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime, DVD and CD), turntable.

3. Traveller Access
Near the house, you can access a beautiful forest and the banks of the Seine). Located in the heart of a Regional Natural Park and an area inscribed for the global importance of these wetlands (RAMSAR).
The landing beaches, Deauville, Trouville and Honfleur and their beaches are quickly accessible.
Tours of Le Havre and Rouen are possible 45 minutes from the accommodation.

4. Engaging with Travellers
A trusted person will take care of the exchanges on site and the welcome.

5. Other information to note
Cleaning fee: 70 euros mandatory
Linen rental: beds made on arrival, towels, tea towels for 10 euros per person if you do not have your own linen.
