We are offering this charming house for rent in the town of Bernières-sur-Mer, less than 500 m from the beach. It has a floor area of 110 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a garden of around 50 m². Free Wi-Fi is available – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with a sofa and armchairs, and a television with international channels...
- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron
- A separate toilet

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with a shower and bath
- A separate toilet

On the second floor:
- Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite shower room
- A sleeping area with a pull-out sofa bed (sleeps 2)

Outside:
- A 6 m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days.
- A lovely, fully enclosed 50 m² courtyard
Please note: access to the property is shared with the neighbouring property. The occupants of that property have a right of way through part of the garden to reach their entrance.

The house is ideally situated in Bernières-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park on the town’s streets, close to the house.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Caen, 25 km away (about 30 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet, 20 km away (about 30 minutes by car)
