We are offering this charming house for rent in the town of Bernières-sur-Mer, less than 500 metres from the beach. It has a floor area of 110 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a garden of around 50 m². Free Wi-Fi is available – we’re just waiting for you!

The property is laid out as follows:

On the second floor:
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite shower room
- A sleeping area with a pull-out sofa bed (sleeps 2)

Outside:
- A 6 m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days.
- A lovely, fully enclosed courtyard of 50 m²
Please note: access to the property is shared with the neighbouring property. The occupants of the neighbouring property have a right of way through part of the garden to reach their entrance.

The house is ideally situated in Bernières-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Transport:
If you choose to travel by car, you can park on the town’s streets, close to the house.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: Caen, 25 km away (approximately 30 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet, 20 km away (about 30 minutes by car)
