First floor
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with shower

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A lovely 130 m² private enclosed garden
- An 18 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Sarzeau, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
