Magnifique Maison en Pierre au Calme - Proche Avallon et Morvan

Very beautiful stone house at the gates of the Morvan. The house adjoins a listed castle of the 15th century and is located very quiet in a village near Avallon. A few minutes from the beautiful medieval village of Montreal, our house is a real haven of peace, completely quiet, where you can relax during your holidays or weekends. You will be at the gates of the Morvan, 45 minutes from the wonderful lake of Chaumecon and about an hour from the lake of Settons.
On the first floor, you will find a living room with fireplace overlooking the garden, a fitted kitchen with small dining area, a dining room with lounge area, toilet and a laundry room (washing machine, dryer). On the 1st floor is the master bedroom with king size bed and numerous storage cupboards and its en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
Two bedrooms with double bed 140/190 are located on the 2nd floor and share a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Finally, on the other side of the house, a large room of 60m2 on 2 floors will delight children with its play area and toilet.
Outside, the house has a large garden with fruit trees, a large terrace with barbecue and a beautiful vaulted summer kitchen with table football and jacuzzi
