A room adjoining the kitchen has 1 hall with access to a north-facing bedroom with a 160 cm bed, TV and piano (not air-conditioned). You will also find a room under the eaves converted into a cinema room (air-conditioned) where young and old can relax in front of a movie or a cartoon. Guitars available.

At your disposal a laundry room with freezer, washing machine and dryer.
Adjoining this laundry room, a south-facing bedroom (not air-conditioned) includes a 140 BZ sofa with good bedding, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a toilet.

An ideal outdoor area for relaxation with swimming pool, bar, fully equipped summer kitchen: gas BBQ, plancha, gas, oven, microwave oven, fridge, coffee maker, ... .

The neighborhood: For people with a vehicle, 2 parking spaces are provided in the closed property. The neighborhood has additional free spaces. The house is located in Pierrefeu-du-Var (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur France) in a quiet and relaxing residential area 1km5 from the city center, 2 minutes by car and 15 minutes on foot. You will find: supermarket, bakeries, hairdressers, cafes, etc... The Caves and the many AOC vineyards are nearby as well as many hikes in the Massif des Maures. Mountain bike enthusiasts can use the many trails and roads available.
Pierrefeu-du-Var is located at the gates of the Maures, 20 minutes from Hyères (Beaches and port). Many accessible destinations:
• 30 minutes from Toulon, Le Lavandou, Bormes les mimosas, Iles de Porquerolles.
• 1 hour from St-Tropez, Port-Grimaud, Calanques de Cassis, Marseille, Cannes, Lake Ste-Croix, Gorges du Verdon, Moustier Sainte Marie.
• 1h30 from Nice, Monaco, Menton, Eze. The backpacker's guide will be at your disposal as well as ideas for walks in the region. Toulon airport and train station are 25 minutes from the accommodation.
