The bright 96 m² large and high quality furnished apartment, in south-west orientation with a subsequent sun terrace, is located in the charming Eifel town of Schmidt, 10 km from Nideggen and 30 km from Aachen, in the middle of the Northern Eifel Nature Park.
This apartment has been certified by the DTV with four stars. It is located on the northern edge of the Rurtalsperre and the Eifel National Park, with a view of the nature reserve, as well as of Nideggen Castle, on an open mountain ridge, but surrounded by wide forests, at an altitude of 480 meters above sea level. The apartment has two bedrooms, each with two single beds, which can be arranged as either a double bed or single beds. Bed linen is provided free of charge.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle, egg cooker and all the necessary dishes.
