We are offering this charming, south-facing, single-storey holiday cottage for rent in the village of La Haie-Traversaine. It has a floor area of 80 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests. It comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a shower room. You can enjoy a garden of around 1,000 m²! Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- An oval-shaped living room of 30 m² with a sofa and dining area...
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob....
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and a single bed (90×190)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

Outside:
- A beautiful, unfenced garden of 1,000 m² bordering on neighbouring woodland, farmland and horses
- A 28 m² south-facing wooden terrace with a barbecue, outdoor shower and furniture to enjoy sunny days

This house enjoys an ideal location in La Haie-Traversaine, nestled in a most pleasant setting, free from any visual or noise pollution. This haven of peace offers the chance to switch off completely and reconnect with nature. The cottage’s unique design, characterised by its round front doors and windows, lends a magical atmosphere to your stay!

You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

- Just 4 km away, the departmental water sports centre invites you to enjoy days full of water-based adventures, with its pedalos and inflatable structures.
- Discover the sub-prefecture of Mayenne, just as close by, offering the perfect blend of culture and entertainment thanks to its cinema, media library, the unmissable visit to the château and its grounds, as well as walking and horse riding trails.
- Fishing enthusiasts will be in their element with the nearby rivers and ponds, whilst golf lovers will have the chance to unwind on the surrounding courses.
- Delve into history by exploring Old Laval, the majestic castles, churches and mills, as well as the Roman ruins at Jublains. Don’t miss the Saulges caves or a visit to the Tatin Museum for a unique cultural experience.

- We recommend using a car to make the most of your stay

Other notes:
- There are 5 small steps leading up to the gîte via the suspended terrace
- Bed linen and towels are provided
- The fireplace is in working order; the first fire is on us
- Pets are not permitted in this accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- The ‘Gîte Insolite Troglogîte’ (sleeps 5) and the ‘Gîte Insolite Carpe Diem’ (sleeps 4), situated on the same site and also available to rent via our other listings, can be booked together to accommodate up to 9 people.
