Get ready for a relaxing vacation at the Grand Panama Resort, centrally located in the heart of Panama City Beach, Florida! This 1,458 square foot condo is spacious and overlooks the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and city with a private full balcony. Our condo is located in the second tower.

** The resort fee is $55, plus an administration fee and applicable sales tax. Credit card processing fees may also apply.

The resort fee includes:

1. Guest wristbands, not to exceed the occupancy limit of the unit

2. One vehicle registration

If you have additional vehicles (more than 2), please stop by the Registration Desk in Tower 2 upon arrival to check for extra parking availability.

Please note:
During peak season (June–August), additional parking spots are very limited and may not be available.

We allow small pets (limit 25 lbs). We do have a $125.00 pet fee and a max of 2 pets. Grand Panama Beach Resort has a $50 per pet “pet fee” applied to the guest registration process for nights 1-7 and $5 each additional night. The pet fee will not be applicable to emotional support animals, upon proper documentation provided to the Condo Association.

Service Animals are welcome and must meet the requirements of a legally recognized disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Emotional Support Animals (ESAs)- Guests traveling with an ESA must provide documentation dated prior to check-in from a licensed healthcare professional (such as a physician, psychiatrist, social worker, or mental health provider). The documentation must confirm:

1. The individual has a qualifying disability.

2. The animal provides support that alleviates one or more symptoms or effects of the disability.

Guests are issued sleeves that must be visible on the animal’s leash. Red is for service animals and Blue is for emotional support animals. Guests must have their pets on a leash at all times when being transported (does not apply to service or emotional animals).

Shots are required for pets: Rabies, Bordetella, Canine Parvovirus, Canine Influenza, Canine Parvovirus, Leptospirosis. Dogs should also be flea and tick free. It is recommended to bring proof of shots to board with the Condo Association.

Restricted Breeds

For the safety and comfort of all guests, certain dog breeds are not permitted on the property. Restricted breeds include, but are not limited to:

American Staffordshire Terrier

Catahoula Leopard Dog

Chow Chow

Doberman Pinscher

German Shepherd

Husky

Malamute

Pit Bull

Presa Canario

Rottweiler

Staffordshire Bull Terrier

Wolf or Wolf Hybrid

This restriction applies to both purebred and mixed-breed dogs.

All pets are required to stay in the “pet friendly” areas designated by signage around the condo. All guests are required for sanitation of their animals in the condo and around the buildings.

If guests are found to be noncompliant with the Condo Association’s pet policy, there may be a fine of $100 a day per violation.
