There are two living room areas on the main floor with antique heart pine floors throughout. One living room features a gas fireplace and the other a large flat screen TV for your entertainment. Also, half bath located on the main level. Full size washing machine and dryer.

Bedrooms (1-King, 3-Queens, 2-Twins) –
• The master suite on the main floor features a welcoming king bed, TV and spacious walk-in closet. The downstairs master features a large en-suite bath with his and hers sinks, soaking tub and large walk-in shower.
• The upstairs master bedroom features a queen size bed, TV, large closet, balcony overlooking the front of the property, and a spacious bathroom with beautiful soaking tub and walk-in shower.
• The 3rd bedroom upstairs features two twin beds, walk in closet and bathroom with shower.
• The 4th bedroom upstairs has two queen beds, TV, 2- walk-in closets and beautiful bathroom with large shower and his and her sinks. This bedroom also has a balcony overlooking landscaped backyard and pool.
Enjoy the screened in back porch next to the pool with seating for those times you want to be outside, but not in direct sunlight. Back porch also features kitchenette and an outdoor bathroom with shower. Back yard is fenced for privacy.

Located with-in walking distance to the ocean, Village, lighthouse, shops, restaurants, gas station and convenience store where you can find most daily items.

Pool dimensions are 10’ x 20’.

There is space in front of the cottage for parking 2 cars.
