Heated Pool: $45/day (48-hour notice) or $50/day during stay (4-day minimum). The pool heating system is currently temporarily out of service for maintenance. If guests would like to use the pool heater, please contact us in advance to check availability.

Our home is designed to comfortably host up to 12 guests. Planning to bring extra guests? Please reach out to us in advance for approval so we can best accommodate your stay. Unauthorized additional guests may be subject to a fee of $25 per person, per night.

Complimentary early check-in or late check-out up to 2 is available upon request in advance, subject to availability and no same-day check-in/check-out schedule.
Additional time beyond 2 hours: $50/hour.
