Havre de paix 5* - House with a pool and hot tub overlooking Sainte Victoire

Located in the town of Saint-Antonin-sur-Bayon, less than 15 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and taking the famous Route Cézanne, you are only 30 minutes from the sea and the creeks of Cassis.
The location is perfect for visiting the villages of Provence, the city of Aix-en-Provence or going hiking to the Sainte-Victoire. The departures are at the foot of the Villa.

The house was renovated in 2020. It is a very comfortable, bright family residence that can accommodate 6 people, or even 7 with an extra bed. On one level of 150 m2, it includes a kitchen, a pantry, a master bedroom with bathroom, two other bedrooms, a bathroom, two toilets, and two living rooms (including a TV room, games room).

The living room and kitchen extend over the two terraces that border the house which total more than 250 m2.

The exteriors enjoy a breathtaking, even breathtaking view of the Sainte Victoire, whose changes of colors you can enjoy throughout the day. A real painting by Cézanne.

The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances (toaster, juicer, Blender, and even pizza oven if you feel like it). Also available is a fridge-freezer, an ice maker, an induction hob, a large sink, a small space with two high chairs to enjoy long discussions or breakfast in the kitchen. The kitchen has direct access to the pool through a French window.

The living rooms are spacious. You can decide to have lunch and dinner in several places in the house, inside or outside. Three dining tables are available to accommodate 6 people. A large cantilever parasol will allow you to have lunch outside, by the pool, while enjoying a beautiful shade. You can also decide to have lunch in the cool, inside or on the mountain side.

The house is equipped with two smart TVs (bedroom and living room) for your Netflix or Disney evenings.
A desk is also available. Internet with fiber optics.
The large corner sofa can also accommodate you for your readings, always with a view of the Sainte-Victoire.

You will have an electric barbecue outside. Designed for 6 people with grills or Plancha, your grills will be perfect!

The hardest part will be to choose between the terrace with the jacuzzi and the south terrace with the swimming pool (heated). A two-person outdoor bed borders the pool as well as deckchairs and a 5-seater outdoor lounge.
The wooden terrace with the Jaccuzzi (which can accommodate 5 people in treatment at the same time), has a bench, an outdoor sofa for 3 people, two fatboy poufs. The ideal place for aperitifs, while admiring the paragliders jumping from the Sainte Victoire.

The master bedroom has a bathroom with bathtub, a dressing room and a TV, the bed measures 160 *200cm. It has a French window to access the swimming pool directly.

The second bedroom (n°2) has a real panorama of the Sainte Victoire. When you rise, you can admire the rays of sunlight that illuminate it. The bed measures 160*200 cm. the photos are in progress.

The third bedroom (n°3) has two bunk beds for 1 person (90*200). A third extra bed is also available (drawer under the bed). This bedroom has direct access to the swimming pool.

A bathroom will add comfort to bedrooms 2 and 3. We wanted to keep the vintage spirit of the Valentino tiles from the 80s, for this retro bathroom.

The swimming pool (salt) is 9.6 * 3.5 meters, with a 15cm wading pool, a small pool of 1.10 m and a large pool of 1.80m. There is something for everyone, whether it is to cool off their feet, rest on a mattress, or play ball.

The land covers more than 5000 M2 of forest space, and is not fenced. You can come across or hear deer.

Children can enjoy the hut, the outdoor play area, a ping-pong table. The swimming pool is secured by a roller shutter, the spa is also closed with a rigid cover.

Parties are not allowed, to preserve the family environment of the place.

High chair, cot, stroller, cutlery and crockery for children, and even adapted furniture are available (small dining table, armchairs).

The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
