This domicile is a modern furnished three-room apartment. From the nicely furnished living room you have access to the balcony, and the bright kitchen is equipped with everything you need for comfortable self-catering during your vacations. A storage room for suitcases and other items is also available.



The communal areas of the resort include, among others, an outdoor sauna (for a fee) and a barbecue area. Use the grills set up there or bring your own (may only be lit in this designated area). There is also a common room with washing machines and dryers for a fee, a table tennis room and a bicycle storage room. Bicycles, e-bikes and carriage rides can be rented or booked through an external provider directly on site. Anglers can use the filleting place in the basement as well as a central freezing facility, and for those interested in hunting, hunts for groups can be arranged. There is also a large playground in the complex for the enjoyment of children. Bread service is offered. Cot/chair can be rented (please specify when booking).



This vacation property is suitable by its situation directly beside a golf course not least for guests, who do not want to do without this lawn game in the vacation. The slightly hilly, 18-hole golf course offers a fantastic view of the water.



You can enjoy the fine sandy beach in two different ways: either in its natural state or as a landscaped bathing beach with rentable beach chairs. The Baltic Sea also invites you to go fishing, kite surfing and windsurfing. In the adjacent marina you can launch your own boat for a fee and if necessary rent a mooring. Novasol customers get a discount at a nearby surf, kite and sailing school.



You can be in Wismar in 20 minutes. This world cultural city manages the balancing act between antiquity and modernity in an outstanding way and should not be left out as a destination for an excursion. There you will find a wide variety of leisure activities, such as the Wonnemar leisure pool, the Phantecknikum, a go-kart track, a cinema and numerous public playgrounds. In the old harbor you will find a variety of fishing boats, which offer fish for sale, as well as the possibility of a harbor tour, or you can take the ferry from here to the island of Poel. You can easily reach Rostock, Schwerin or Lübeck via the highway.
