This beautifully renovated home offers the perfect retreat in any season, with breathtaking views of Lake Pinehurst. Designed for relaxation and fun, it boasts a private inground gunite pool, hot tub, and a spacious deck where you can soak in the scenic views. Whether you're enjoying a peaceful morning with a cup of coffee or unwinding in the evening with a drink from the wet bar, this home provides the ideal setting.

The Carolina room, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, offers expansive views of the backyard pool and lake, creating a seamless connection to nature. The open floor plan is perfect for gathering and relaxing together, making it easy for everyone to enjoy their time in this spacious and inviting home.

The first-floor Master Suite ensures privacy and comfort, while vaulted living spaces and modern design add a touch of luxury. The updated kitchen, complete with both a regular coffee machine and a Keurig hookup, is ready for all your brewing needs.

This home has everything you need for a memorable Pinehurst vacation, whether you're here for a quick getaway or a longer stay.

Please be aware there is very limited parking for this home. Only space for 4 cars. Please NO parking on lawn or on the road. All vehicles required to be in garage or driveway. Please get with Sandhills Rentals for other places to park your cars.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were large and there were plenty of beds. The house was clean. The listing says 4 cars but we were able to fit 7 in the driveway including minivans.

Great House-Great Location

Very nice home that is spacious and can accommodate a large group. A lot of amenities provided as well to entertain guests. Really enjoyed my stay and will recommend.

Gorgeous home and property. We’ve enjoyed staying here multiple times. The cleanliness needs some attention, the upstairs had a bad cockroach problem and the door handle was broken. Love this home it just needs some attention.

Lake front views were breathtaking

This is a very large home with plenty of room for adults and teens. We had two families and there was enough space for everyone to have their own spot. The lake provided beautiful views no matter the time of day. The kids enjoyed fishing in the lake and using the kayaks for afternoon adventures.

Nice home but in need of updates and deep cleaning

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was nice and in a great location; however, it's clear it's been a rental for awhile. We walked into a pretty distinct musty smell. Back doors where difficult to open and screens were broken. Pool area was nice but none of the deck chairs had cushions making them pretty uncomfortable. Kitchen was decently stocked in terms of cutlery and utensils. AC downstairs went out midway through the stay -- the management company was quick to respond. Kids were disappointed to find the Fooz ball table broken and only a single oar for the kayaks. We had a nice stay, but we won't be renting this property again.

House fulfilled our needs and was a great location. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evening to enjoy the pool and lake backdrop. The garage door was broken so would not close 100%...these made us uncomfortable at night and while we were golfing during the day, but all ended well with no issues.

Great house on the lake

The property is beautiful and very spacious, as the pictures of this place clearly demonstrate. Great place to have a gathering of family, which we did. The only negatives were the parking, which is very small given the large number of bedrooms for multiple occupants and that on-street parking is prohibited, and that there was no ironing board/iron (or we couldn't find them). We worked around both and if you only needed to park one car or two cars it would not be an issue. Overall the place was amazing, and we would stay there again.

Upscale and Serene

Sandhills Rentals is a professional outfit, so everything is done by the book. Reservations, payments, check-in, check-out, communication, maintenance….. Everything was a breeze. The house is a dream. Spacious, modern, beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed, designed and furnished with taste. It felt secluded and private. It was very quiet. The neighborhood itself is super-upscale, with a great vibe. People were pleasant and welcoming. We are a family of 5 with young children. We were looking for a peaceful vacation away from it all, and we were not disappointed. My wife and I loved sitting outside after nightfall. I got out on the lake on one of the kayaks. The kids enjoyed the pool and huge TVs. We’re looking forward to coming back next summer for an even longer stay.

Dirty and broken

The photos make this property look much better than it really is. While the home is very large and spacious it was dirty and not completely functional. The sliding door leading to the pool was bungee corded together and did not lock. The bedrooms upstairs had many broken items. The wall sockets in the upstairs bedrooms did not work and we were unable to use bedside lights or charge our phones at night. The home needs a deep clean, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. The hot tub (which we never used) smelled awful and was cloudy/sandy. The pool was nice, but also it didn’t feel very clean. When we arrived the dishwasher had been run but was not emptied and there was a bag of random laundry in the laundry room. For the amount of money we paid for our stay we were disappointed in the simple things like a clean kitchen and non functioning door locks and outlets.

I don’t like having to say this, this house was beautiful and in a great location but it was very dirty upon our arrival. The floors were gritty, the pool was filthy, there were cobwebs in multiple corners filled with bugs, plastic cups and trash all over the deck, ants all over the kitchen, a big vase of DEAD roses sitting on the coffee table in the living room, broken things here and there. I truly feel like the previous guests had some sort of party and the cleaning crew just did a terrible job or maybe they didn’t come at all. We tried to clean the pool and they ended up sending a pool guy out the next day to address some of the issues. I tried to contact multiple people, including the property manager with no response at all. I finally called one of the other women listed on the email and she answered and was extremely kind and helpful. She ended up sending the pool guy for us the next day and offered to send the cleaners by. But we are all adults and wanted a nice weekend away only to arrive at a house that was filthy and we honestly left it cleaner than when we found it. It was just disappointing.

Good location, poor condition

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we visited the property in February, we mentioned that the reviews were not favourable. We were assured that everything would be perfectly in order upon our arrival. We called all arrival weekend and no answer.1. The deck was full of pine straw and dirt from the recent storm which we had to sweep away The outside looked like it had not been property cleaned for ages. We tried to scrub the banisters, etc, but the dirt was ingrained.2. The pool looked greenish.Pool guy came and said that there was nothing to be done about it, as the lining was very old. The hot tub kept giving off a signal that it needed cleaning. The vacuum cleaner we left in the pool as we were told, but it did spray water against the bedroom windows at night, 3. In the kitchen, there were 4 boxes of sugar cubes torn open on the the fridge there was food left, such bottles of mustard, etc.. Same in the freezer- a pizza. How long had it been there? The fridge should have been pristine and clean.4. When we opened the barbecue, it was so disgusting. Full of fat, live cockroaches, water, grease and totally encrusted. My husband and son spent one hour trying to get it cleaned, but it was not in any state to use. A new barbecue and a new pad underneath are needed.The propane tank was empty and we had to spend our time and money getting a new tank.There was a cabinet off its hinges on the ground with chemical stuff spilling out of it. Life jackets were thrown over the railing. All the canoes were upright, filthy and filled with water. So we had to scrub them and let them drain. It was like nobody cared.5. The oven was gross. Stuck on grease and grime. Awful. It certainly had not been cleaned.6. General cleaning was not up to par. Around the windows were cobwebs and it was dirty. In the kitchen, the equipment that was available was not orderly. It was kind of randomly shoved into drawers. 7 The garage was full of stuff- Dirt on floor. The countertops were mes
