Cottage with Heated plunge pool and Pool table

This Casa de Campo-Pedacito de Utopía provides you with the necessary amenities, it consists of an entire cottage, for greater privacy. Delicacy and comfort are our first selection.
Pedacito de Utopia (little piece of utopia) offers a heated plunge pool, pool table, terrace, old music machine, terrace, wood oven, karaoke sound system, private parking.
There is a total of five restaurants near the cottage(walking distance).
One room is located at the main floor located inside of a Tortoise camper. The second room is located at the lower floor which can be accessed by stairs or private door. Both rooms with a/c.
The accommodations will provide you with a TV in both rooms, two bathrooms with its amenities (soap, shampoo, lotion, etc.) and bedding. NO towels. It has two full beds and 4 twin beds that allow 8 persons.
We have a kitchen area equipped with: dishes, glasses, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and more.
Our facilities are connected and depend exclusively on the public service for the utilities of the Electric Power Authority and the Aqueduct and Sewer Authority of Puerto Rico. Reservations are formalized in the recognition and understanding of this condition by the guest, so the interruption of these utilities will not limit or lead to the termination of the reservation or any type of refund.
All responsibility for the physical and public integrity of the use of the cottage will be at the expense and expense of the guest who reserves.
Pets are allowed, no SMOKING in the facilities, parties or activities in the apartments or in the common areas. Any violation of these rules will result in a penalty of $ 250.00. You will be asked for a deposit of $ 150.00 towards your reservation.
Our cancellation policy is strict, which means that there will be no money back after the established amount has been paid.
We provide personalized attention to our customers by text messages or calls through our telephone number, which is shared immediately after the reservation is made.
The reservation will be charged in full at the time of formalization.
