With its 10 bedrooms including 3 master suites, 6 bathrooms and 7 toilets. This house offers all the necessary comfort for an unforgettable stay with family or friends.

You can enjoy 2 fully equipped kitchens, 3 fridges, freezers, 3 dishwashers, 2 washing machines, 1 dryer, plus a laundry room adjoining the dryer kitchen. You have 3 living areas for convivial moments and rest.
The 12 by 4 swimming pools invite you to relax and swim under the Périgord sun.

The property consists of three buildings, including a dovecote, with a bedroom on the first floor and its bathroom. The main house dating from the 17th century with its kitchen, its four bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor, a bedroom with its bathroom and toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms with four single beds. The large tobacco dryer renovated in 2024 with its Tropezian terrace. Its five bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor with private bathroom and toilet, four bedrooms upstairs with two bathrooms and toilets adjoining the bedrooms.
Nestled in a quiet hamlet, you can admire a breathtaking view of the valley and the forest of La Bessède.

The village of Urval is typical of the Périgord with its fortified church and its communal oven from the twelfth century. We are in front of the magnificent Château de la Bourlie.
A stone's throw from the historical and prehistoric sites of the region. Place dedicated to lovers of old stones. Ideally located to explore the Périgord, close to the village of Limeuil, confluence of the Dordogne and the Vézère. You can canoe down the rivers (Dordogne and Vézère). Take advantage of the markets of Buisson de Cadouin, Belvès, Le Bugue, St-Cyprien, Sarlat... and the night markets of the region to taste the specialties of the Périgord. A few kilometres from Urval you will visit the caves of Lascaux, Les Eyzies its museum, the castles of Beynac, Castelnaud, Marqueyssac, Milandes, Biron, Commarque.

You can go hiking from the house in the forest of La Bessède and around the village of Urval. You will find in the village a delicious restaurant run by Marie-Laure who cooks the products of the region.
